トスカーナ城壁都市巡り！

ガイドさんは、イタリア語、英語、フランス語、スペイン語での案内でした。
１日バスで見所を巡るお得なツアーだな、と思います。各場所でそれなりに自由時間もあるので、団体ツアーでも各自で充分に楽しめますよ！
色々なお国の方がいらっしゃいますが、たまたまなのか、時間などにルーズ、騒々しい方々もおらず、始終和やかな雰囲気で楽しかったです。

Handicapped

My wife has limited mobility and this would have been a wasted day if not for the outstanding care and services of our tour guides. Donna and Anna, thank you for making the day as good as it could be made. I do not recommend this tour if you are handicapped, but if you are not, then I I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour. If you are lucky, you will get Anna and Duna.

San Gimignano & Siena from Florence Day Tour with Chianti Winery & Monteriggioni
Wonderful first-time experience of Tuscany!
投稿者: Armin and Teresa, 2018/05/18The towns chosen, San Gimignano and Siena and the winery in Chianti were beautiful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and agreed that this bus tour was the best and most relaxing way to experience Tuscany. We had an excellent tour staff: Duna was a very good guide and the driver, Antonio was very friendly and helpful. The lunch at the winery exceeded all our expectations. It was beautifully presented by a top-notch staff and was the highlight of this tour. It was an excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to use this tour company again. I hope that bus tours in other countries can be this enjoyable. My only criticism is that at the end of the tour in Siena we had maybe a little too much time on our own in the town before we had to meet back with our tour group. So we were sitting outside in the cold weather a little longer that we would have liked. This may not be a problem for younger people who are a little more adventurous than us and don't mind walking around more to explore the town and kill some time. But I guess us older folks tire a little bit easier :-)

子供も連れて行けるツアー
投稿者: チョロ！, 2018/05/18集合時間から戻ってくるまでの時間が10時間以上のコースを子連れで行けるか心配でしたが、最後のシエナ観光で疲れて抱っこする以外、適度な時間配分でバスに戻って座れるので二歳、四歳の子供を連れて行く事は出来ました。
日本語ガイドさん付きで申し込みましたが、当日ガイドさんがいらっしゃらず、その日は多国言語ツアーで参加して、返金の代わりに翌日代わりのツアーに参加出来るという様な案内を頂きました。個人的には返金して欲しいです…
季節の変わり目と雨が降っていた事もあり、想像していたより寒かったです。シエナ以外では服屋を探すというのは大変そうだったので、もっと念入りに準備をしておけば良かったです。
ツアー自体は参加して良かったです！

Tuscany Day Trip from Florence with Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti Wine
Only an OK experience. Would not use this tour company again.
投稿者: Phyllis Tilden, 2018/05/13Location to Board the bus for tour at Florence rail station was very vague and took us a very long time and a lot of questions before we found it. Feel the boarding site should be be better marked as to make
it easier to locate.
Tour guide seemed to be more interested in the Spanish speaking travelers than in the English speaking ones.
Tour guide only left us in destinations and did not give us tour and explanations of sites.
Luncheon was very mediocre.
When asked of guide best way to get to our apartment in Florence center from the rail station she did not seem to be able to help us.

トスカーナを満喫
投稿者: Asamin, 2018/05/12駅より10分位の大通りに集合場所があります。
この日は他のツアーも大盛況だったようで、すごい人でした。
8時45分集合でしたが、モンタールチーノ～ツアーは総勢60人、2階建ての大型バス、4人の添乗員さんで一番最後の9時半、出発でした。
言語は英語、イタリア語、スペイン語でした。
日本人の参加は私たちともう一組のご夫婦のみでした。
まず最初にモンテポルチアーニ村、家族経営のワイナリーで試飲です。
ここではパンとオリーブオイル、チーズ、ハムをいただきながら2種のワインをいただきました。
解散後、村を散策。
60人もいるので嫌な予感はしましたが、私のお隣に座っていたブラジリアンが集合時間になっても来なくて、、その後もなにかと面倒な人でした。
人数が多すぎて時間のロスは相当あったとおもいます。
せめて、半分の人数にしてほしかったとおもいます。
大型バス一台の方が効率がいいのはわかりますが、、、
次はピエンツァです。かわいい街です。ペコリーノチーズのお店がたくさんあります。
ここで私たちは軽いランチを取りましたが突然、凄い雷雨でビックリしました。
ここでもまた、集合に遅れた方が。
次は待望のモンタルチーニ村、町中酒屋さんの街でそれぞれ散策です。
ここでもやはりまた時間のロス。添乗員さんもお疲れの様子。
最後に名物マリオじいさんのワイナリーに。
ここでもハムやチーズと3種のワインにグラッパ、もうすっかりパーティ状態で楽しい時間を過ごしました。
村から村への移動中は美しいオルチャ渓谷を堪能し充実の一日でした。
フィレンツェへは9時に到着。

トスカーナ地方を満喫できます

英語ガイドのツアーでしたので様々な国の方が参加していました。
やはり日本人ガイドとは違い、サービス精神旺盛！ということはないけど、マイペースで楽しめる感じです。
ワイナリーはキャンティのワイナリーでランチに3杯のテイスティングと十分。
シエナの街もよかったです。
中世のトスカーナをのんびり楽しむのには良いツアーだと思います。

Worth it! Cool experience and nice journey

The wine tasting was good, and the lunch was ok for the price you pay; very filling with the tasting, catering and lunch. The guide was just ok, we were able to understand and follow our guide although his customer service lacked a bit; too rushy, sometimes mad and kind of not enjoying the moment compared to other guides that I saw from the same company. Overall a wonderful experience and definitely worth it to pay, I couldn't imagine doing it all by myself and keeping it as comfortable and worth as this tour.

行きたい新婚旅行No.1の地の実力！
投稿者: totoro0925, 2018/05/08昨今の調査では、このトスカーナ地方は、モルディブやタヒチを抑えて、日本人の行きたい（憧れの）新婚旅行の土地ナンバーワンらしいです。
我々も初めて訪れましたが、確かに感動の連続でした。
ガイドさんの人柄も良く、タイムマネジメントも完璧で、何一つ不自由無く、完全に満足できるツアーでした。
ちなみに、ランチのパスタは申し出れば、お代わり出来ます（笑）。
ツアーでは、パリ在住のブラジル人グループと仲良くなったりと、盛り沢山でした。
1点のみ、我々は多言語ツアーとして申し込んでいましたので、関係有りませんが。
本ツアーには多くの日本人が参加しており、皆さん全てが、日本語ガイドを付けられるようにしていた、とのこと。
チェックインのデスクで、「今日は日本語ガイドは用意出来ません。申し訳ありません。明日なら用意出来るので、今日のツアーに英語で参加するか、明日、参加し直して下さい」と言われていました。
ランチタイムの際、参加された日本人の方々が、「返金はあるのか」と皆さん仰っていました。
確かに、英語が厳しくて、日本語ガイドの通訳を当てにして参加された方々にとっては、英語での参加は厳しかっただろうと思います。
もっとも、その点は我々には関係無い点であって、総じて、大満足のツアーでした。

効率よく回れランチワイン付なお得なツアー
投稿者: kiko, 2018/05/07シエナとサンジェミニーナへ行きたくて色々調べ、スーツケースと行程を考えるのが面倒になり、こちらのツアーの評判が良かったので参加。バスに乗ってトスカーナの景色を見ているうちに各都市に着き楽チンでお薦めです。自由時間には大聖堂や塔に登ったりも出来満足です。日本人ガイドのアキコさんはパー子さんに似た可愛らしい方で控えめに寄り添って頂きました。イタリアの色々な事もお話出来充実した一日となりました。

日本人は割と少なく今回は嫁と2人でしたが、他国の人とも楽しい一日を
過ごせました。
一日で3か所の都市を巡る今回ツアーお勧めです。
移動もバスがメインで問題なく（電車、フェリーは大変＞＜）
お年寄りにも問題ありません。

Not enough time spend in each area
投稿者: Zane, 2018/05/06The coaches, administration handling and especially our guide Dario were fantastic. Unfortunately, the time given to explore each place was too short (a mere 1hr). The tour group was also too huge. They had to arranged a double-deck coach to ferry us around.

Great tour !!

The guide was very clear on the expectations of where to meet at each point- our group was 70 people and she managed the group beautifully. She was also very knowledgeable about local areas of interest and spent time with each of the guests in our group.
Lunch was very tasty and most enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend this tour.

ツアーの内容は良かったのですが
投稿者: maru, 2018/05/05英語もイタリア語も不安だったので、わざわざ日本語サポートのある日を選んで参加しました。しかし、当日集合場所にサポートしてくれる人は誰もおらず、恐る恐る受付に拙い英語で確認したところ、今日の日本語のサポートはないとのこと。いきなりの予定変更などできないので、何もわからないまま英語ツアーに参加することとなりました。ツアーの内容自体はよかったと思いますが、説明は全くわからずフリータイム時の集合場所や出発時間の確認にかなり気を使うこととなりました。スタッフの方もいい人ばかりなので内容はお勧めしますが、事前に日本語サポートが中止になるとの連絡は欲しかったです。

Chianti Wine Tour from Florence with Olive Oil Tasting
Very enjoyable afternoon

The two vineyards we visited were very welcoming and very informative.
We only had a short visit to Montereggione but it was such a beautiful place and a great view of the surrounding countryside.
Maybe some more information on where to check in but that is such a small suggestion on what was a wonderful afternoon.

Tuscany in one day

There were three women and two teenage girls in our group. All of us found the stops and the views to be outstanding!
The wine tasting and lunch were fantastic!

トスカーナ州 キャンティ地方ワイナリーツアー ＜ワイナリー2軒／試飲付き＞
ふつうのワイナリー
投稿者: イタリア大好きばあちゃん, 2018/04/22集合、解散場所が町はずれのほうなので行きはタクシーで行けますが帰りがとても心配でした。（女性の4人連れで男性がいなかったので）暗い夜に町はずれから中心部まで徒歩で帰るのはいささか怖いですし、ガイドさんは平気だよ、何も怖くない簡単な道だよと言ってましたがやはり心配でしたが、同じツアーの方で同じ方向に帰る方に一緒に歩いてもらって助かりました。
集合場所が近ければ全体の印象も変わるかと思います。
以前利用させてもらったツアーでは丘の上の古い貴族の館みたいなところでマダムが説明してくださり、ワインもテーブルごとに瓶でたくさん配られ、おつまみもたっぷり出て同席になった海外の方とも大変楽しく話が弾み満足いっぱいでしたが、今回は大変近代的な工場みたいなワイナリーでいかにもそういうお客目当ての（たぶんとても意欲的なワイナリーなのでしょうが）つくりがいささか気になりました。たぶんアメリカ人客が多いからそうなのかなとも思います。2軒目のほうが雰囲気はよかったしおいしかったです。

トスカーナ州 キャンティとモンテプルチアーノのワイナリー訪問＆ピエンツァ ＜試飲付き＞
ひとりでも楽しめました
投稿者: Hiro, 2018/04/16フィレンツェから世界遺産のピエンツァ・オルチャ渓谷行きを計画したのですが、うまくつながらないため、このワイナリー巡りのツァーに参加。2か所のワイナリーでのテイスティングは、楽しく味わうことができました。また、ピエンツァ・オルチャ渓谷も訪問できて満足です。今回は、日本人ガイドさんが同乗しましたので、安心安全な旅でした。
ひとつ注文があります。朝の集合場所ですが、地名だけでなく「My Tour」の看板が目印、その裏に事務所ありと明示した方が親切です。

トスカーナ州 日帰りツアー シエナ＆サン・ジミニャーノ＆モンテリッジョーニ＆キャンティ ＜ワイン試飲付き＞
トスカーナを効率よく周るツアー
投稿者: raimu, 2018/04/10自分達ではなかなか訪れることが難しいであろうトスカーナ地方を快適な大型バスで周るツアーでした。各都市には適切な時間が割り振られており、買い物や散策するのにちょうど良かったです。ワイナリー訪問は3種類のワインが試飲できました。昼食は前菜、パスタ、デザートで、前菜のパンにオリーブオイル、チーズにバルサミコ酢がかけてありましたが、オリーブオイルとバルサミコ酢は少量過ぎて味がわかりづらかったです。昼食は量的にちょうどいいくらいでした。参加した日は快晴でトスカーナの風景は素晴らしかったのですが、それをさらに思い出深いものにしてくれたのはガイドのAKIKOさんでした。ツアーの始めから終わりまで日本人らしいきめ細やかな気配りで本当に素敵な方でした。たまたま日本人の参加が私達夫婦だけだったので彼女を独占できたのもラッキーでした。またイタリアを訪れる機会があれば参加したいツアーです。

トスカーナ州 人気の3都市 日帰りツアー ピサ＆シエナ＆サンジミニャーノ シエナ大聖堂入場付きプランあり＜昼食＆ワイン試飲付き＞
コスパ最高！中味も濃厚。いい一日を過ごす事ができました。
投稿者: Ｓｈｏｕ, 2018/04/083都市をめぐり、昼食付で約１万円！・・・OPツアーは高いイメージでしたが信じられないくらいでした。英語ガイドで内容はあまり理解できませんでしたが、特に問題もなく、１名参加でも不安はありませんでした。これだの内容を個人で手配、企画は無理かもしれません。ただ、集合場所について、地図案内はほぼ正確でしたが、現地でどういう表記で担当者が待機しているか？・・・プラカードもっているor看板が目印、等具体性がないのでかなりあせりました。（表記の反対側道路のレストランにのぼり（FLAG)？があり、ギリセーフでした）-1としました。

San Gimignano & Siena from Florence Day Tour with Chianti Winery & Monteriggioni
Wonderful and interesting day trip with great guides!
投稿者: Morr , 2018/04/04This day trip was really great! We were a little group and never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes. Our guide for the whole trip was Duna, she's charming and told us a lot of interesting things. We had enough free time in San Gimignano and a good (though simple) lunch and wine tasting in Chianti. In Siena our city guide Eva was excellent and shared with us fascinating information in the most entertaining way. I very much recommend this trip. Thank you Duna and Eva!

トスカーナを一日で楽しむ欲張りなツアー
投稿者: てぃん, 2018/04/04集合場所は駅裏でまあわかりやすいほうだと思います、予定通りには出発しませんでしたが（遅れた理由はよくわからなかった）。
まずシエナに到着、しかしあいにくの大雨、しかしすぐに止み、シエナを出る頃には太陽が見えました。雨具は持参しなかったが道端で5€で折りたたみ傘を購入。バスの停留所から広場まで少し歩かなくてはならないため注意です。
ランチのワイナリーは雰囲気は良いですが、座席間が狭すぎてゆっくり食事はできません、到着までに何軒か現地でイタリアンを食べたのであれば内容もあまり期待しないほうがいいです。ワインは安くて美味しかったので一本購入。ぶどう畑はこの季節は仕方ないですが寂しい印象でした。
次のサンジミニャーノ、聞いたこともなかった街でしたが期待以上、綺麗な石畳を挟んでいろいろな小さなショップを覗いてみたり、最後にじぇらーとを食べたのも良い思い出。
ラストのピサに到着する頃には晴天、芝生（一部立ち入り不可）の上で撮る写真は綺麗でした。小さい子連れだったので登りはしませんでしたが満足できました。
総合的にはガイドさんも親切でしたし良いツアーだったと思います！バギーで回りましたが特に問題ありませんでした（お父さんが頑張る前提）。

Amazing Tour Experience
投稿者: Freshtaw , 2018/04/04We booked a last minute tour for a day in Tuscany. All you have to do is set back and enjoy the tour. They take you to the key points of Tuscany. The driver was driving carefully and the tour lead was professional. Had an amazing time.

ピサの斜塔に感動

評価：最高でした。
感想：初めて見たピサの斜塔が本当に傾いていて感動した。
塔の迫力のある傾きが美しい。日本人観光客が多くいた。
２．シエナ
評価：よかった。
感想：石とレンガの街並みが美し。
競馬が行われると聞いたカンポ広場もよかった。
３．サンジミニャーノ
評価：よかった。
感想：ユネスコの世界遺産の街並みがよかった。
いくつもある塔が美しく感動した。
この街は今回のツアーでの観光時間では短いと思う。
もう少し観光で滞在したいと思う街だった。
４．ワイン試飲と食事
評価：少しがっかり。
感想：３月の観光だったので季節的にぶどう畑の景色が寂しく見えた。
また食事場所が蔵の中であったためテーブル間が狭く感じられた。
食事では印象に残るものはなかった。
前菜があまりおいしくなかった。
