体験談を読んで、ガイドさんの評判が良いので申込んでみました。
当日、担当された方は、クラブチさんでした。
これが大当たりで、とても親切かつ知識豊富な方で、市内観光のガイドだけでなく、夕方の食事の相談をしたら、オススメのお店をいくつか、そして、そこでの注文の仕方まで、丁寧に教えて頂いて、海外に不慣れな者としては、とても助かりました。
半日という短いツアーでしたが、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！！
申込む前は、半日で69ユーロは高いかな・・・と悩みましたが、参加後は、満足感でいっぱい。
毎回、クラブチさんが、ご担当になるのか分かりませんが、個人的には、この方に当たれば、楽しいミュンヘン観光が、できるのではないかと思っています。
クラブチさん、本当に有難う御座いました(^_-)

英語ができれば快適。

一人で参加しました。日本語ナシ。日本人ナシ。まわりは全員外国の方でした。
解説も英語でしたが、大事なことは繰り返してくれるし聞き取りやすい英語なので大丈夫ですが、
英語→ドイツ語→英語→ドイツ語、、とごちゃ混ぜで話すので、聞き取ろうとすることに非常に疲れました。
たとえば
「これから向かうのはノイシュバンシュタイン城で（英語→ドイツ語）、
ふもとからのアクセス方法は3通りあります（英語→ドイツ語）」
というように短文でドイツ語に切り替わりました。慣れるまで一苦労です。
ノイシュバンシュタイン城の入場時間はその日によって異なるようなので、お昼は持参された方が無難です。
また、本当に歩く距離が長いので、山登りの服装がおススメ。日が強いからサングラス必須です。わたしは晴れた日だったので、大変でした。
ノイシュバンシュタイン城は、ガイドツアーが20−30分程度。
その後自力で階段を下りて帰る（お土産も買う？）ということになります。
だから、ふもとで16:40集合といわれ、渡されたチケットが15:10でしたが、間に合いましたよ。
上るのは徒歩で25分、帰るのも同じくらいかかりました。とても気持ちの良い天気の日で、お城もきれいに見えました。
高校レベルの英語がわかる方であれば、おススメします。

i joined this tour with my sister.
when we check this tour in japanese site,it was already €10 discount price.
but when i checked in English site,
fortunately i found a review discount!!
it's nice!! (but how come japanese site doesn't have a review discount???)
now it's winter...we worried about weather,but we were really lucky!!
it's such a beautiful day.there were blue sky and white snow.we were happy with that.
we joined the tour on weekdays,not so crowded.
it made us more happy.
our guide was nice. we are quite international group,she organized well.
we needed to wake up early,but it brought a beautiful day.
after we enjoyed the royal castles Neuschwanstein,we could be back to München hbf around 6pm.
it's good.
if we could have more time to stay at Oberammergau,it's going to be much
better.
at first we thought we go and visit that area by ourself,but it's good to join this tour.
thank you! we had a good day and got great memory in Germany.

We walked a lot, but the guide gave us a passionate explanation and I'm glad we took this tour. We didn't go inside of any buildings, so later we went to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and Berlin Cathedral by ourselves.
We've learned a lot about Berlin Wall and so on - overall it was a very good tour.

I joined this tour alone, but the group was about 20 people in total and the stratosphere was friendly. The guide explained everything in a funny and polite way, it was a great opportunity to learn more about Berlin's history. It was quite a cold day, and I'm gonna give up on the way, but the guide convinced me to continue, as it would be a shame to miss out the rest of the tour. In the end the time passed so fast, that I couldn't believe we were walking for a few hours.

This is a walking tour that takes you around main tourist attractions in Berlin, so you can see various places. The guide was very enthusiastic and created a very nice atmosphere. But there was not enough time to buy souvenirs at all of the places we visited. We recommend to take this tour right at the beginning of your stay, so you can visit again places you liked.

丁寧に市内全般を案内してくださいます！

ドイツに初めて来る際に利用しました。偶然私たちファミリーだけでしたので、プライベートツアーのようで贅沢なツアーとなりました。
内容は、ツアータイトル通り、フランクフルトに熟知された優しい女性ガイドさんが、ひとつひとつ丁寧に説明してくださり、短い時間で有意義に観光できました。生活されていてご存知なこと、歴史なども含め納得できる説明でした。
待ち合わせ場所でも、MyBUSと書かれたA4ぐらいの紙（ファイル？）を持っていてくださったので、相手を迷うことなくお会いすることができました。
すべて歩きで回るので、歩きやすい靴＆恰好をおすすめします。あと、ペットボトルの水も持ち歩くといいかもしれません。
この度はマイバスツアーをご利用頂きまして誠にありがとうございます。長年現地に在住しているガイドが丁寧にフランクフルトをご案内するコースですが、ご満足いただけたようで、こちらこそありがとうございました。早速当日ご一緒させていただきましたガイドにお伝えし、本人も大変喜んでおりました。また機会がございましたら、ミュンヘンやベルリンにも是非お越しください。

ミュンヘンから１日かけて２つのお城をめぐります。どちらのお城も、十数人でグループを組み、一部屋ごとに回るツアーのようになっていたので、個人でいっていたら、システムがわからなかっただろうなあと思います。ツアーにして正解でした。ただ、リンダーホーフ城で洞窟に行けなかったことが残念でした。城内はグループツアーのようになっていて、勝手にまわれるのは、城内ツアーが終わった後城外で３０分ほどです。洞窟の前までは行けましたが、そこもツアーの時間が決まっていて、その時間まで洞窟の入り口はぴったりと塞がれていて、自由時間内の見学は無理でした。オーバーアマガウには行かなくてもいいので、リンダーホーフ城でゆっくり見たかったというのは、正直な感想です。とはいえ、ノイシュバンシュタイン城とリンダーホーフ両方のお城が見れるというのはお得です。謎の多いルートヴィヒ２世が作りたかったもの、作ったものを見ながら、放送スピーカーから、イヤホンから日本語ガイドが流れてきますので、とてもわかりやすいです。
ガイドさんも、ゆっくりめで英語を話してくださり、車窓から見えるビューポイントなどがよくわかりました。とても楽しいツアーです。

○英語のツアーでしたが、ガイドの方がゆっくりわかりやすく話して下さいましたし、車中でのガイドの内容もよく理解できました。
○途中に立ち寄ったハールブルク城はみなさんが言われるように、貴重な時間を割いてまで行かなくてもよいかも？と思いました。やはり、ほとんどの方がローテンブルクを目的で参加されるかと思いますので、ローテンブルクにもっと時間をあてる事が出来れば、より満足度の高いツアーになるかと思います。 ○全体としては、期待通りに楽しむ事が出来ました。

It was a sunny Sunday. We were able to visit two castles with wonderful views.
Linderhof castle had very nice interior. the local guide explained everything very slowly and comprehensibly. Also, the tour bus guide's explanation was very easy to understand. Japanese audio guide was also very useful. At Neuschwanstein castle, the tour guide told us that we should go to Marien bridge first to take pictures before the tour inside of the castle, and informed us very well about the departure time etc.

It was amazing tour including Neuschwanstein castle and Linderhof castle in one day!
We also made a stop at a small, beautiful town Oberammergau. I was very much satisfied with this tour!
The scenery of the Romantic Road was very beautiful on the way to both castles. The guide's explanation was very good and I've learned a lot. It is not easy to visit those 3 places on your own, so I highly recommend this tour!

By the time we got to the Rhine River, we were already like friends. There was a Brazilian judge and a Japanese sailor, but everybody wastalking in English so that everybody could understand. I was ready for the cold weather, but I was surprised that it was in fact quite warm! I fully enjoyed the cruise, the explanations with humor by the guide, having lunch with some wine and seeing the Lorelei statue and the ancient castle.
Personally, this was a 100% perfect tour tour.

The place I wanted to go the most in Germany was the Neuschwanstein Castle.

I was a little anxious since I was by myself, but I am very satisfied with this tour.
At first I thought about taking a public train and bus to go there, but considering the time and the price, I decided to book this tour. It was a good decision.
It would be better to bring your own lunch that you can have in the bus, because we did not have much extra time to have lunch.
The guide was very nice and spoke in easy to understand English. We exchange snacks and shared tips about good places in Munich, so it was fun.

I have always wanted to visit Germany's Castle's and I was very excited that I was finally able to go.
It was winter, so I was worried about the weather, as it started snowing the night before, but before arriving at Linderhof Palace the weather improved. It was a beautiful palace, and the view was just a gorgeous winter scene. The town we stopped at during the tour was also pretty. The main attraction, Neuschwanstein Castle, was beyond my expectations. The guide spoke English, but he was fun and nice, so I don't think there is anything to worry about.
If you are going to Germany I believe this is a must-do tour.

We were lucky with the weather. It was warm for December. The beautiful blue sky and the snowy castle! We could see a stunning view and it was a miracle! It was truly beautiful.

Joined from Frankfurt. It was a long trip and took 5 hours to get there. The members were one Japanese lady, one lady from Hong Konge, me and my husband. The driver was such a nice person, he paid attention to the temperature in the car, and asked us if we needed to stop for a toilet break. I am a rain bringer and when we arrived at the castle after a long trip, it was raining. The rain was fairly heavy, but inside of the castle was wonderful and I was very impressed. Rothenburg at night was romantic and nice. We arrived back at 10 o'clock which was one hour over than expected. It has become a very good memory because of the wonderful driver.

We took this trip in December. We were the only travellers in the car so we had a plenty of space . The Neuschwanstein Castle was covered by snow and it was beautiful! We arrived at Rothenburg at night but it was good that we could go and see the Christmas market. The driver was friendly and fun to spend time with.

Heidelberg is a historical and wonderful town. Especially the old bridge on the Neckar river and a view from the Heidelberg Castle was really beautiful.

I booked this tour tour as it promised to make me experience German esprit.
The view from Heidelberger Schloss was more than fantastic.
The area around the church had great architecture and atmosphere, and even though I was on my own, I could spend an excellent time.
The tour guide was Italian, he was very funny and kept making jokes.
Other participants were all very nice, and I had a great time.
I recommend this tour for those who wish to walk around Heidelberger in a short time.

I took a morning tour on my own. The tour guide was very funny. We went to Heidelberger Schloss first and then we were given a sandwich and juice on the bus on our way back to the town. We had 45 minutes to stroll at Market Square where we could buy some souvenirs. I enjoyed the ancient castle, authentic European style old streets and shopping. The tour ended at 15.00 so I had a lot of time to do more things after the tour. The tour provides a compact course to experience the medieval Europe.

We took this tour on the last day of my trip.
Our flight to back to Japan was around 10pm at night. This tour finishes at 3pm, so we decided to take it.
We had enough time to see the Heidelberg Schloss from both outside and inside and we were able to take lots of photos. Unfortunately it was a rainy day but it was rather poetic. The castle is located at a high point and the view from there is really great.
There was 45 minutes of free time, so we went to the cafe which was recommended to us for German beers.

During my business trip, I was looking for somewhere I could go from Frankfurt and decided to join this tour.
We drove about 100km on a highway and we arrived in Heidelberg soon. It was a pity it was raining, but I was really satisfied since we had really great views and we had quite lot of free time to walk around by ourselves.
I was extremely satisfied.
There is a German Pharmacy Museum inside the Heidelberg Castle. Maybe because I told them that I was on a business trip from a pharmaceutical company, I received a grand welcome and they gave me enough time to see everything there.

I was very satisfied with the cruise, which was like I expected. I felt I slipped back in time to the Middle Ages while I was looking at the castle at the mountain side near the coast. We go to Europe several times a year, and we always book some optional tour.
River cruising along the Rhine river in summer was amazing.
The last time I went there was spring, but summer is absolutely better.
