Bateaux Mouches Dinner Cruise in Paris along the Seine River

Great atmosphere and great service.

The boat is quite easy to find, the nearest metro is champ des mars and pont d'Alma rer with a short walk.

We arrived at the reception about 8pm and we were greeted by security before picking up our tickets for our table at the main reception.

The initial first impression at the reception seemed hurried and a little disorganised but that would be the only thing which could have been better.

Our table was right at the fromt which we loved. We sat for 2 minutes and had the champagne poured immediately with bread. Our orders were taken prior to departure and the menu was very generous with lots of choices. My beef fillet was just perfect and my wifes sea bass divine, nothing to improve and no complaints.

The waiter was very attentive and gave me 2 complimentary glasses of a bordeaux red wine, this was a nice touch and really made my trip.

I cannot recommend the trip highly enough, lovely multi lingual people that work hard to help you enjoy. They just need to tighten up with some minor formalities to make the experience completely perfect.

初めてのパリ

ヴァイオリンとピアノの生演奏を聴きながらのクルージングで素敵でした。
ご飯はいまいち。お店の人オススメで赤ワインを選択しましたが生臭い匂いがして一杯も飲めませんでした。
クルージング時間が長すぎて最後の方は眠くなってしまいました。

母娘でセーヌ川ディナークルーズ

母娘で体験してきました。
日本から8時半のディナークルーズを予約後、予約した紙を持って現地へ。
ディナークルーズの受付は、食事無しの受付の先にありました。
日本から印刷してきた紙を受付に見せると「19時45分に放送があり、右側の方に進んで」と英語で言われました。英語がわからないので、なんとなくの聞き取りですが、聞き取れなくても人がたくさんいるのでわかりました。
日本人は、私たちを入れて3組か4組。
中国人や韓国人も居ましたが、ほとんど白人の方でした。
周りはカップルだらけでしたが、母娘でも周りが気にならず素敵な夜が過ごせました。

11月中旬に乗船。
外はとても寒かったですが船内はとても暖かかった。
満員というわけではなかったがそこそこの乗船率でウェイターさんも忙しそうにしていました
そのため100点のサービス、とはいきませんが肝心の料理がとても美味しかったです。
乗船前に日本語のメニューが渡されますが、メニューを伝えるのに苦労するので英語のメニューも貰っておいた方が良いです。

良いツアーでした、満足です。

夜景は最高だけど食事は微妙

夜景はとても綺麗でしたが、やはりコース料理はすごく美味しいと思うものではありませんでした。料理が来るペースもテーブルによって差が大きく、途中かなり待たされたりしました。

私達より後に来た方達には、ワインやお料理が運ばれてくるのにオーダーさえも聞きに来てくれない。別の担当の方が注文したのかとか気にしてくれてやっと来た感じです。担当の方の好き嫌いがあるのかもしれませんが、隣のずいぶん後に来た欧米系の年配のご夫婦にはとてもサービスが良かったようでした。メインもお肉が残っていたいたのに片付けられてしまいショックでした。こんな差別は初めてです。

エッフェル塔が圧巻

暮れなずむセーヌ川のほとりに着くと、すでに藍色を増した空に浮かび上がる切り絵の様なエッフェル塔がそびえ立っていました。シャンパンを飲みながら美味しいフォアグラに舌つづみ。やがて生のバイオリンとピアノの「パリの空の下」が流れてディナークルーズの始まりです。満面の笑顔でテキパキと動き回るギャルソン達はとても親切。メインの仔牛は少し固かったけど、キンキンに冷えたワイン、締めのアイスクリームブリュレをいただく頃に見えて来たライトアップされたエッフェル塔は、ビロードのような漆黒の空を背景にして浮かび上がる彫金細工。定時になると全身に散りばめられたスワロフスキーのようなストロボが明滅し、光の工芸美術品のようでした。一週間のフランス旅行の最終日にふさわしい、素晴らしいイベントでした。一生心に残ります^_^。

雨の日でした

今回で2回目の参加です。残念ながら大雨でした。
でも船から見る景色はとても綺麗でした。
窓側の席だったので非常に良かった。
料理も美味しかったです。
とにかくエッフェル塔がきれいで感動しました。

素敵なディナークルーズでした！

凱旋門賞観戦に行くついでに初めてディナークルーズに参加しました。最高でした。今までどうしてこれを選ばなかったのだろうかと思ったほどです。お天気にもなんとか恵まれて、進んでいく船が対岸をライトアップしてくれるので夜でも実に美しく眺めることができます。昼間とは違った美しさでした。シャンパン付きでワインも一本ついています。お料理もまずまずの味でした。
ただ、最後に紅茶がなかなか来なくて、船が着いてしないそうなところまで待たされてしかもお湯がぬるかったことはがっかりでしたが、コーヒーを選択していればこんなにも待たされなかったなあとは思ってます。写真も二枚撮ってくれてカラーのものを購入しました。１５€でした。席は生演奏のすぐ側でしたのでそれもラッキーでした。新婚旅行の人、お誕生日の子供、そしておじいさんの何かを祝うグループへのケーキの進呈式も生演奏でしたので、乗客全員で祝うことができました。本当に楽しかったです。また参加してみたいと思います。

This is without a doubt, the best experience of my life. I have been on several 5 star cruise holidays in my lifetime, but the service on this River cruise was something else. From the moment we checked in, the atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed. After you check in, you can sit in the lounge area and they will take your coats from you and give you the menus to browse. The waiter will come and get you when they are ready and sit you at your table (which was laid out perfectly). We paid for the premier service which I highly recommend as it was worth every penny! After we sat down we were given a chilled bottle of Evian and a glass of champagne each. For food, My partner and I both had the Duck to start and I had the belly pork for Main and my partner had the chicken. The food was amazing, piping hot and tasty is an understatement. We had a bottle of white wine with the starter and a bottle of red with the main. I don't drink a lot of wine but they were both beautiful and went very well with the meal. As it was my partners 30th birthday I paid a bit extra for him to have a birthday cake - the cake was huge with sparklers and the staff and entertainer sang him happy birthday in French and English which was a nice touch. Because there was champagne left over as well they also gave us another glass each which was very thoughtful. We didn't have a dessert as we had the birthday cake but the couple behind us said their dessert was beautiful.

The cruise was also trialling a tablet tour of the cruise where there was a tablet on each table and it showed you all the monuments that you would pass and a brief history/desc<x>ription. This was a fabulous touch, especially for English tourists and I hope they keep this.

Overall the whole experience was incredible. It made our trip and is something that I cannot recommend enough - I think the whole experience is worth every penny and more. BOOK THE CRUISE - IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

We chose the Privilege service and although pricier, it was so worth it for a table by the window, a glass of bubbly on arrival, four course meal and two bottles of wine between the two of us. The service from our waitress Laura was fabulous, enjoyable entertainment on board by a charming French singer, and the sights of Paris which in my opinion are best seen by day along the river. All pre-paid before we left Australia and totally hassle-free. The cruise was easy to find at the ba<x>se of the Eiffel Tower. Really one of the highlights of our European trip, thoroughly recommend it.

I loved loved loved this experience. Food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the wines were perfect!

The boat was real nice. Our table was located at the middle (Service Etoile), not next to the glass windows, which we liked as we were in the shade. Window side and front table will give you better views of the sights along the Seine.

This is a great tour. On booking online I was worried it might be tacky or the food wouldn't be good, but it is a lovely clean boat and a fantastic experience. The boat is really steady so you don't feel the movement at all, and it is such a delight going along looking at the sights while having a meal.
The food was good overall, though not exceptional (e.g. 'cheese course' is just a slab of brie with a lettuce leaf), but the staff do a great job of serving everyone in time. The boat's singer was lovely, though slightly loud at times, and there are just enough boat announcements about attractions outside, not too many.
I would really recommend this as a stress-free, relaxing way to see Paris and a great fun experience.

The food was delicious and the views were awesome....we had a great time, but I wish we could have heard some commentary on our cruise about the city....the music was loud and hard to talk/hear over, but all in all we had a good time...our waiter was tremendous.

We were celebrating parent's 50th wedding anniversary - the cruise from start to finish was wonderful, excellent food, service, live music, views, we could not fault a thing. Thank you for making my parents anniversary so special, they have both said they could not have wished for a better day, and the cruise was definitely the highlight of the event!

We chose the premier service & were not disappointed. The meal, service, tour exceeded our expectations. 50th birthday present from parents who are pleased their gift was a great experience. Booking prior to arriving in Paris through city discovery saved a lot of time & money. Had we booked in Paris the price would have been double.

The entire experience was amazing and unforgettable. We went on the new years eve lunch cruise in Premier service. Excellent, service, friendly staff, delicious and plentiful food and wine. Overall it is a very professionally run tour/experience which we wouldn't hesitate to repeat when next in Paris.

In fact it was really interesting to have dinner while seeing the most famous places in Paris .However, we were very conservative about the food (quality & quantity) .

Another point worth to be mentioned that we suggest giving the attendants brief information about places they see while cruising in addition to the brochure.

If you are on vegan diet, don't waste your money. The chef on the night did the best he could with what he had on hand but had not been notified beforehand of our diet, even though we did request this when booking. For the money the food was disappointing which severely reduced our appreciation of the whole evening.

Loved every minute of the cruise, four of us went
we could not fault the service, the waiter, or the food
two of us are vegetarians and one of us cannot
touch fish! nothing was too much trouble, the chef catered for our needs perfectly. The waiter was lovely, if we were younger we would have fallen out over him! Just Fab! you must go!
