The tour of Ghent and Bruges is a must see for any traveler to Belgium. It is a quick paced tour with much walking and listening. The sights, sounds, smells and tastes made for a memorable experience and for the desire to return but on a slower more intimate pace. I would strongly encourage the tour operator to offer headsets that allow the guide to be heard by all and to be interactive with the tour participants since it was extremely difficult to hear the guide unless you were standing directly in front of him. This was an off season tour, I cannot imagine how a guide could adequately manage the pace during peak season.

A lovely laid back day with walks around both towns and an optional boat trip (extra 8€, 30 minutes) through Bruges on the canals which was charming. Wonderful to see such old buildings in both places not lost to fire or destroyed by war. Plenty of time to have a coffee and to have lunch in Bruges. Would like to stay in and explore both towns more thoroughly in future but this day trip was a great introduction from a Brussels ba<x>sed stay.

The tour was really interesting. City discovery was very helpful and efficient. We initially cancelled the tour because of the security alert then reverse the cancellation when the security improved, city discovery was very efficient in handling my concerns.

Don't miss to visit two wonderful pearls of the cities in Belgium. Fantastic experience, excellent organization, a whole day trip coordinated with highly professional, pleasant and helpful guide, Daniel. Worth every cent and you are picked up and brought back to the hotel.

Everything was ok, but the tour guide was a little bit boring, because he told us less information than we hoped and his voice tone was very quiet and it was very difficult to listen him. On the other hand, he was very careful with the group and very interested in our safety. It was quite bad listen the tour in 3 languages at the same time.
About the experience, I have to recommend it because Bruges and Ghent are two cities which worth visiting.

Bellissima la città ed il giro proposto. Meno soddisfatti della guida, persona molto gentile e disponibile, ma che non parlava assolutamente in italiano, motivo per cui tutto quello che conosciamo di Bruxelles lo abbiamo appreso dalla audioguida sul pulman.Eppure quando abbiamo prenotato ci hanno assicurato che la guida parlava anche in italiano!

A viagem foi interessante, mas, no entanto, houve alguns contratempos. Penso que o nosso guia deveria ser mais simpático, não ser tão apressado e preocupar-se mais com as pessoas , principalmente com aquelas que não conseguem andar depressa.Também não houve grande tolerância para aqueles que se atrasaram por qualquer motivo.

We booked it from home in England less than 24 hours before setting out for Brussels and with less than 48 hours before the tour's departure. nwevertheless we got vouchers by e-mail with amply instructions how to find the bus etc.
