Great family fun!!

It was perfect: the food was fine , not Grand but I just am a picky eater so I think it was fine. The show was awesome !!! Well done! The host of the show did a good job also : getting old so his voice wasn’t fantastic but who cares .

Family fun
投稿者: Karen , 2022/03/02Overall, this was a good experience for my family. We went with 3 kids and 6 adults including grandparents. The food was tasty, but not a lot of choices for picky eaters. The show was fun and the kids were thrilled by the fire dancer! Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, they did not have any pre-event activities to keep the kids engaged. My daughter really wanted to learn to hula dance as advertised, but they did not have it the night we went. I cannot fault them for taking Covid precautions. Again, overall, the whole family walked away from this happy and with good memories.

Great Luau in a perfect setting

My girl enjoyed the men as well. This was a great excursion and worth the money. If you like to drink, get the Royal package .

ルーブル、レイアウトが複雑すぎて、オーディオガイドが…！
投稿者: ふーさん, 2022/02/22卒業旅行以来、35年ぶりにルーブル美術館に行きました。オーディオガイドは入口までは、使いましたが、入館後、フロアレイアウトと共に、各フロア表示の番号も確認しながら進むも、フロアレイアウトが複雑すぎて、直ぐに居場所がわからなくなってしまい、結局、オーディオガイド機器は不要な持参品となってしまいました。
それでも、観たかった作品は、ほぼ観賞することができましたが、本当に解説を聴きたいならば、ガイドさん帯同ツアーで行くべきと思います。
チケットを事前に予約して戴けたことは助かりましたが、私にとってオーディオガイド代は、無駄になりました。

FIRST TIME IN HAWAII
投稿者: Josephine Carrera, 2022/02/16I really enjoyed this amazing Luau, my first time here and the the workers that served the food and drinks, made the Aloha in Hawaii so meaningful, The bus driver and the girl that were in bus#2, were also great, they brought the Ohana out in everyone, Mahalo to the Chief and all the dancers in the show without each of you it wouldn’t have worked out , I want to say Mahalo Hawaii, for such a blessed vacay, and to anyone that reads this, believe me best show ever, money well spent.

投稿者: THOMAS, 2022/02/14大雪でバスが部分運休で麓から登り坂を20分歩きました。事前に判っていれば予約しなかったです。不利な情報も開示した方が後々メリットになるのでは
お足元が悪い中、ご来場頂きありがとうございます。
バスの部分運休に関しましては大倉山ジャンプ競技場公式ホームページにてご案内させて頂いておりましたが、今回のご意見を参考にバスや展望台リフトの運休・施設休館と
なった際の周知方法等につて検討させて頂きたく存じます。

ドナウ川ナイトクルーズ 事前予約＜ワンドリンク付き／日本語オーディオガイド＞
バウチャー見せたけど、すぐ乗れなかった。
投稿者: クマさん, 2022/02/13早めに待合所まで行ったのに、バウチャーに不足があったみたいですぐに入れなかった。結局後回しにされて良くない席に着席。
せっかく楽しみにしてたのに、それのせいで気分が悪くなりました。
大変お世話になっております。ナイトクルーズを御予約頂き誠にありがとう御座います。バウチャーについて不明が起こった理由を船会社にお調べいたしました。当日の乗船担当者に事情を聴いていただいた結果、下記のお返事を頂きました：Veltra社のバウチャーは上の部分にローマ字でお客様のお名前と催行会社名は書いてありますが、下の分は日本語になっています。お客様は携帯電話の画面にワウチャーを見せた時、その下の部分の日本語の文字しか見えてなくて、担当者はそれを読まなくて、意味を分からなくて、ゆっくりと確認が出来る時までお客様を待たせていたそうです。お待たせしましたことについて船会社はお詫びを申し上げます。コロナのことで乗船係りがお客様のスマートフォンを出来るだけさわらないことにしておりますので、今後出来るだけバウチャーの英語版のところを見せて頂きますようお願い致します。このアクティビティは日本語ガイドが付いていませんが、ワウチャーに現地催行会社の電話番号が表示されており（24時間で日本語で対応）、不便が起こった場合はすぐにお電話いただきますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。

テラス席を予約しましたが、噴水横のど真ん中一番いい席に案内して頂けました^ ^
コース料理はわたしにはボリュームが多くメインのお肉もラムなど3種類。
時間はきっちりされていて時間前にそろそろだとお声掛けかかりました。
30分おきの噴水ショー時他の席からのお客様が見やすい所(私たちの席の前後)に集まってきます笑
ここにいていい？と外国人の方に声をかけられました
独り占めせずに笑顔でOK！と前後のスペースを譲ってあげるとみんなで素敵なショーを堪能できました。
なんてったって30分ごとだから段々気にして見なくなってきちゃいますから。笑
お席だけの予約などできればもっと嬉しく思いました。

Amazing experience!
投稿者: Sarah, 2022/01/26This luau was amazing! I went by myself, so if you are a solo traveler this is great! There were all ages there and it’s family friendly. The show was unbelievable and the food was so good. Everything was clean and they took Covid precautions seriously. Everyone was so nice, really good drinks! Make sure you get a drink in a pineapple. The show was so amazing, the history and the music. I will absolutely go that luau again when I come back.

12月は星空観察や動物を見るのに不向き
投稿者: ららら, 2022/01/24雨や曇り空が続いていましたが、滞在中になんとか太陽が出てきた昼間に、その夜のツアーを予約しました。集合して出発前に、曇っているため、星空を見るのは無理なこと、そのため無料キャンセルまたは日程変更もできると説明がありました。夜の森を散策するだけでもいいか、と参加しました。
ガイドさんによると12月は曇り空が多いため、星空観察には不向きだそうです。夜の森でヤシガニなどが見られるかと思いましたが、見られたのはほぼ植物だけでした。覚悟して参加しましたが、ガッカリ。冬は動物も少ないので、やはりこの季節には行かない方がいいようです。

ヤシガニ堪能しました！
投稿者: kanilehua, 2022/01/22気温の低い時期なので活動的でないと聞いてあまり期待してなかったのですが、この日はヤシガニ3匹見つかり、触らせてもらえてステキな経験になりました。
スタッフの方々もとても感じ良く、長靴と懐中電灯を借りて砂浜まで行く夜の森体験も楽しかったです。
雨季で綺麗な星空はダメでしたが、大満足なツアーでした。

Perfect birthday celebration
投稿者: Ms Jones, 2022/01/20All of my expectations were delivered. Everything I imagined the Luau would be or could be was beyond my dreams. The staff was wonderful, the waiters were attentive and friendly. There will definitely be a next time to the island. The acknowledgment of birthdays, anniversaries and honeymooners was a joy to see. I met one of the birthday girls and a newly married couple it was a pleasure to celebrate with them all. ALOHA!!

Aha Aina Royal Hawaiian Luau - Waikiki Oceanfront Luau Dinner Show
Beautiful Waikiki Luau
投稿者: Yes to Hawaii, 2022/01/17Loved experiencing this right in Waikiki! The location at the Royal Hawaiian hotel was really convenient (no long bus rides) and the food was 10 out of 10. It started to rain a bit during the show and within minutes, the servers brought out towels to everyone so we could stay dry and catch the last bit of the show. Service was fantastic. Would recommend the extra to get the Premium seating closer to the stage.
