大変親切にしていただきました

事前に相談するのを忘れていたにも関わらず(ご迷惑をおかけしました)、たくさんのスタッフさんで支えていただきながら、無事乗り込むことができました。本当にありがとうございました。
くもりでしたが、透明な海で魚も多く、チラッとウミガメとも会えてとても満足しました。
《車椅子の方への情報》
桟橋の起伏が激しいです。本当は桟橋の途中からは徒歩がよいみたいなので、相談してみてください。
船までは50m程ありました。
船に登る階段が5段くらいあって、波が高いと桟橋が揺れて、船も揺れるので、乗るタイミングが難しかったです。
乗船後、人一人分の幅の折り返し階段が10段くらいあります。隣で支えるなどはできません。松葉杖も幅が足りないかもしれません。逆に壁に両手をついて移動できる方にはよいと思います。

Rich in culture, beauty, and Aloha! Everyone should do this when visiting Kauai. Worth it!
投稿者: Colleen, 2021/12/30The Smith’s Wailua River Cruise was a beautiful way to spend our morning. Start off by learning some island history and geography by a native guide from the Smith Family. Ours was Wade.
Once you arrive at the Fern Grotto, you’ll walk a beautiful path to get there and learn about its natural history and cultural significance as well as anything you’d like to know about it. We learned so many fascination facts and it was so beautiful and peaceful.
On our way back, we were treated with professional musicians and a top notch dancer. Everything about the small group of performers was beautiful from the sweet sounds of the musicians to the graceful display of cultural dance. You couldn’t get better quality and for the price!
It was an honor and gift to ride with the Smith Family. Looking forward to coming back with the kids.

素晴らしいホスピタリティ
投稿者: jｒｈ, 2021/12/25神戸のハーバーランドに行くたびに気になっていたコンチェルト号でしたが、今回初めて乗ってみました。クルーの皆さんのホスピタリティが素晴らしく、ケーキとお茶を頂きながらピアノの生演奏を聴いていると贅沢な気分になります。コロナ対策もキチンととられていました。たまたま大型帆船の海王丸が隣に係留されていて、得をした気分でした。風が強かったのですがそれほど揺れることもなく快適なクルーズでした。いつかディナークルーズにも参加してみたいと思います。

ウミガメも見れた
投稿者: 沖縄大好き, 2021/12/23天気も良く海の透明度も高く最高のコンディションでした。ウミガメを見れたらラッキーだなと思ってたら、運良くウミガメさんが現れてくれました！キレイな珊瑚だけでなく、人工で植えている珊瑚も見せてくださって、勉強にもなりました。ありがとうございました。

Best Ever
投稿者: Cindy, 2021/12/21It couldn't have been any better. The crew was fantastic. We visited two sites to snorkel and snuba. The extra cost to snuba is worth every penny. They accommodated my son's disability and made his trip fantastic. The captain's sense of humor kept you smiling. Everything we did felt safe so it was easy to just relax and enjoy the experience. The Aqua Adventure is the crew to go with.

Aqua Adventures Was Amazing!!!
投稿者: Aaron Roberts, 2021/12/17The crew for Aqua Adventures was spectacular. I'm disabled, I can walk with a brace but mainly use a wheelchair. They helped me on to the boat and carried my chair on to the boat. They made sure I was included in every activity, including the bonus whale sightings we have seen. One crew member helped me get fin on and off each time and made sure that I was able to find the turtles during the coral city visit. The captain was upbeat and had wonderfully bad jokes but made sure everyone knew exactly was going on and safe in their Adventures. The food was great too!

Great family fun time.
投稿者: Umar, 2021/12/13It's a nice way to spend an hour on the water with some fun Hawaiian music. It's relaxing and a calm way to just chill. The actual fern grotto was an incredible sight to see and enjoy. That was the best part. Just a couple of minutes of walk from the dock to the main area where you see and appreciate the phenomenon.

投稿者: Sharon, 2021/12/11The building where we pay and gather is very depressing. The boat ride was uneventful, the grotto was a beauty of nature. We music was okay, we could tell the performers were tired because it was the last trip of the day, but they were nice and accommodating.

投稿者: ゆうゆう, 2021/11/27大阪在住ですが、生のジャズ演奏に惹かれて、参加しました。乗船直後から下船前まで、ジャズが好きな方はもちろん、ジャズに馴染みのない方でも楽しめる、ノリの良い演奏が続きます。乗船時に、タンバリンとマラカスをもらって、リズムに乗りながらシャカシャカ、気分が段々とのってきます。合間に入るプチ知識トークも楽しかったです。心地良い演奏に揺れながら、違った視点から観る大阪道頓堀の景色、とても楽しめました。川沿いを歩くのとはまた違う景色が見れて、楽しいツアーでした。またリピートしたいって思えるツアーです。おすすめです！

水の都大阪を感じる体験でした

川岸でくつろぐ人や、川沿いのお店ですごす人も多く、船に向かって手を振ってくれて本当に川に親しんでいるんだなあと感じることができました。

We snorkeled for the first time with turtles.
投稿者: Judith Byrne, 2021/11/01My friends and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in Honolulu. The turtle swim was our first activity. It met all of our expectations and then some. The three men who took out out to swim made us feel very comfortable and we saw several turtles while snorkeling. The catamaran ride was exciting and the views of the island were breathtaking. This is a must activity for anyone visiting this island.

Excellent crew and talent, Fern Grotto not truly accessible
投稿者: Michele, 2021/10/17Our group of 4, aged 50s to 70s, very much enjoyed the entertainment and river history. One of our group was in a wheelchair. Bathrooms were accessible but the ramp to see Fern Grotto was so steep that 2 of us chose bathrooms over seeing that trip endpoint. This excursion is the best value on the island. Book it!

Wind & white caps? No prob
投稿者: Liz, 2021/10/13Fun experience! Windy on the day we went so we couldn’t go to the crater. Boat is clean. Crew friendly, professional, organized and helpful; prepared us for everything and kept on schedule. The food was alright, kept us fed and hydrated for all the snorkeling.
Tons of fish in west Maui where we stopped. Two spots. We even went to a turtle cleaning station! Saw a honu or two.
We had a great time. Maybe next time we can check out the crater :)

Spirit of Aloha Waikiki Morning Adventure Sail from Hilton Pier
Best cruise yet!
投稿者: Awesome crew, 2021/10/02We did a sunset cruise with another boat but we strongly preferred this one! Our crew was all girls which I thought was amazing!! Amy was great. The drinks were good and they even offered snacks for the kids that were on the boat. It was a nice morning cruise and I recommend to anyone! And they let you go on the netting on this boat, unlike another one I went on.
