Pleasantly Surprised

Best Day Excursion!
投稿者: Shirley , 2022/06/26My family and I had the best experience. From the moment we stepped onto the boat, the crew was very attentive, friendly, and funny. They provided a great overview of the day activities and what we needed. They checked on us frequently and even provided a little history lesson on the nearby islands. We took about 1 hr boat ride over to Lanai. Once at Lanai, it was a 7 minute walk to the beach. The beach was amazing!!! We did some snorkeling, a short nature walk, and had some time to chill at the beach. The BBQ LUNCH was delicious! The boat ride back we enjoyed 2 cocktails and ice cream. The crew exceeded our expectations. I would definitely do this again! I felt like VIP. Book it! You won’t regret it

Lanai Full Day Trip
投稿者: Austin , 2022/06/19My wife and I had an incredible day on this excursion! The exclusive rights to the island that other tour companies do not have is what makes this company one of a kind!! They take you to a "private" beach and allow you to snorkel, hike, and provide a breakfast and lunch! There were other companies snorkeling around reefs but this company actually takes you onto the island!! We HIGHLY recommend! Captain Raquel and her crew were fantastic!

Boat ride was so relaxing!

Not worth it if you have to get transportation there…

The captain had corny jokes; from the boat, you couldn’t see anything but the hau trees that lined the river; once you get to the grotto, it’s a pretty view but you’re 50-100yards from the cave entrance. The family sang but with all the people there, you could barely hear.
The taxi ride from Poipu was $70 each way. Add that to the cost of 2 tickets($60), this tour was not worth $200. Had we been located closer to the harbor, we might have been able to justify the cost.

モロキニ島シュノーケリングクルーズ ＜朝・昼食付／現地集合＞

投稿者: よしこ, 2022/06/06初めてのハワイ、久し振りのシュノーケリングでちょっぴり不安でした。
クルーは船長、スヌーバ担当の方がおひとり、あと三人のうちお二人が日本の方。運航、器具の貸し出し、朝食と昼食の準備、飲み物の提供、そもそもお忙しいのに、COVIDで感染対策も加わった訳で、みなさんくるくると働いておられました。（それでもCOVID前に比べれば参加人員が少ないとか。）
そんなでお忙しいのに、みなさん親切で優しく質問には答えて下さり、潜る時には怖がっている妹に付きっ切りでお世話をして下さいました。
持って行った日焼け止めが使えるか心配でしたが、船で購入が出来ました。
お天気にも恵まれ、お陰様でシュノーケリングを楽しめました。また行きたいです。

River Cruise to Fern Grotto
投稿者: Cindy , 2022/06/05The experience was okay, and easy for most. The river cruise was relaxing and walk to the Grotto was not strenuous. However, the Fern Grotto was disappointing. It did not look like a "grotto" at all. The musical entertainment was okay but nothing to rave about. Something to do for seniors and children; otherwise, the tour is nothing to be excited about.

ミシシッピ川遊覧 デイクルーズ ＜2時間／ランチ付きプランあり＞
ミシシッピ川とニューオリンズ周辺を満喫
投稿者: tete, 2022/05/29ミシシッピ川を下りながらニューオリンズ周辺を満喫できるツアーでした。
ゆっくりと景色を見たかったので、乗船後まず出航前に最初にランチをとるグループを選びましたが、ゆっくりとしたクルーズだったので後に取るグループでも十分楽しめると思います。
ランチはそこまで味わって食べる内容ではなかったかもしれませんが、十分満足できました。また、気に入ったものがあればスタッフに言えばおかわりもできます。（デザートをおかわりしました）
ジャズは甲板でのカジュアルな演奏になるので、ナイトクルーズとは違いバンドの目の前に陣取る必要もないかと思いました。

セーリング マイタイ・カタマラン号＜シェラトン・ワイキキ発＞
気持ちいい！
投稿者: IRE, 2022/05/28予約が2日分先まで埋まっていて、当日の申し込みはできない状態でした。早めの予約をお勧めします。乗る前には熱がないかを聞かれたり、事故にあった場合の連絡先など書く紙がありました。
いざ乗るときにはサンダルを脱いで乗ります。膝くらいまでは濡れますので、濡れても良い格好で参加してください。船内は裸足です。途中しぶきで濡れるので、水着の方が多かったです。足を拭くタオルを私は持っていきました。船内に荷物を入れる場所はありました。船内では、マイタイやジュースを買うことができますし、トイレがありました。私は飲み物は持参しましたが、、。スタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれたり、気さくでとても楽しかったです！

バンクーバー ホエールウォッチング ＜4～10月／英語ガイド＞
バンクーバーの野生動物を満喫できました♪
投稿者: はむちゃん, 2022/05/27娘と娘の同級生３名と私の５人でバンクーバーのシャチ＆野生動物ウォッチングクルーズに参加してきました。
宿泊していたホテルへの送迎をお願いしていたのですが、急遽隣のホテルに行かされるというハプンニングもありましたが、ちゃんと待ってくれていましたし、連絡も密にくれていましたので大きなトラブルにはなりませんでした。
クルーズの受付では明るく元気なスタッフさんたちに迎え入れられ気持ちよく出発できました。
シャチに遭えるかどうかドキドキでしたが、非常に美しいシャチの姿をいっぱい見ることができました！娘たちもジャンプしたり潮を噴き上げるシャチの姿に歓声をあげていました。
さらにゆったり泳ぐクジラやのんびり寛ぐアザラシ、営巣するイーグルの姿など日本では経験できない自然を体験できました。
大変満足できるツアーでした！！！
強いて不満点をあげるとしたら、ツアー自身が長すぎて後半はちょっと飽きてきてしまうのと、ミネラルウォーターを全員配布となっていましたが、そんなものはありませんでした。。。

We were able to see "Sweetheart's Rock" from the most immaculate viewpoint. There were also no other people/tours on Lanai the entire day, so again, the experience felt very private, romantic, and exclusive. An absolute incredible experience that you must do to understand...

Unforgettable
投稿者: Kamille, 2022/05/08It's called a snorkel tour but that title really falls short of everything involved. We had not one but two dolphin sightings. I'm not saying we saw a couple of them in the far distance. They were swimming right beside us, and there were literally dozens upon dozens of them jumping and spinning above the water. The beach at Lanai is peaceful and exclusive. The team set up games and activities for everyone to enjoy. Yes there's snorkeling but they are not assuming that everyone is into that. You wanna chill on the beach? You wanna play giant Jenga with the fam? You wanna walk up a nature trail? All covered. The short trail up to the cliff side is indescribable. After all of that they feed you a freshly prepared bbq lunch and they make certain that you don't leave hungry. The servers came by a half dozen times to make sure that everyone had enough food. I took the 630am tour in anticipation of afternoon winds because I tend to get motion sickness. I am not a morning person at all but considering the perfect conditions I had no regrets. The crew was attentive, friendly and considerate. I don't eat meat and I avoid gluten. I stupidly forgot to mention that in my booking, but they were still able to accommodate me on the spot with no hassle or judgement. If you've read this far and you still haven't booked, you'll be missing out on one of the best tours the island offers.

Adventure on Lanai

Aside from the wonderfully planned experiences, such as snorkeling a hike up to see Puu Pehe and a delicious lunch, we were met with extraordinary surprises as well! We were greeted by whales and dolphins! The voyage from Maui to Lanai was very enjoyable. The scenery of the ocean and islands around us, as well as the service on board with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The snorkeling was AMAZING.

ひとりでも最高！

イルカが近づいてきて船の横で泳いだり、クジラまで近くでみれました。酒も船内で売ってるので、飲みながら綺麗な景色が見れます！
ひとり参加は少ないですが、船員の方も気にかけてくれますし、全く問題ありませんでした！
また乗りたいと思います！

世界遺産ハロン湾日帰りクルーズ 日本人のみの専用船利用！鍾乳洞ライトアップ見学あり カウゴーの夕食付きプラン選択可＜日本語／昼食／トレインストリートお送り可＞
素晴らしい洞窟や鍾乳洞
投稿者: JIN, 2022/05/02当日はハノイでも大変珍しい風雨の強い日で、催行を心配しました。行きのミニバスは、日本人ガイドと日本人観光客3名でしたので、途中サービスエリアでの休憩もあり、ゆったりと移動することができました。ハロン湾に到着したのは9時過ぎで10時過ぎには船も出発準備完了でしたが悪天候による運行のセキュリティチェックを理由に12時ごろまで出発できなかったので、観光客達に苛立ちが見え始めたところ、出発前に船の中でランチを取ることになりました。ランチはビュッフェ形式で、定番ベトナム料理でしたが、グレードも高く想像していたよりも美味しい食事でした。出発後は、様々な形の島々や想像以上に広い鍾乳洞やボート移動での海上の洞窟や見学しました。パンフレットでは島々のイメージの素晴らしさを強く感じていましたが、島々は途中で見飽きてくるので、実際には鍾乳洞や洞窟も十分見応えがあり感動も大きかったです。時間の関係でビーチには行くことができませんでしたが、それ以外の観光で十分満足できました。日本語ガイドも英語でのアナウンスの後に必ず説明してくれましたし、名所ごとにタイムリーに面白い逸話を教えてくれましたので、仕事上英語は問題ありませんが、折角なら多少の追加を払ってでも、観光は日本語ガイドにお世話になったほうがいいですね。最後にハロン湾は思っていた以上に行く価値があると思います。

The timing of everthing was correct. The snorkelling was over at the correct time for the meal, the meal was great and appropriate for the day
The weather was perfect, and we even saw a whale breach in the way back.

Worth every dollar!
投稿者: FAA, 2022/04/21This experience was worth it all! The crew was great and they took really good care of you! They pointed out the sea turtles and told us where to go so we can find them! They always made sure everyone was doing okay and if we needed anything, they would go out of their way to make sure we’re having a great time. We purchased their “special” drink and it was delicious. The boat itself is very clean as . The crew is very funny and will make your trip worth it. I can’t wait to book my next adventure with them.

Amazing!
投稿者: Tony, 2022/04/19This was the best snorkel trip we have ever done! The crew was extremely kind and helpful. The boat was small with about 30 people on board (versus boats with 100+), which made snorkeling and the boat ride very nice as we all had our own space. Molokini was amazing. I have never seen such great coral and fish. The visibility was like seeing in HD. At Turtle Town, the one crew member (I can't remember his name, I'm sorry!) did an amazing reef tour where he pointed out different fish, gave lots of facts, and helped us try to swim under the arches. He even pointed out a white tip reef shark! And of course, we saw some turtles. Mollie, the photographer, got lots of amazing pictures of us diving and gave us an amazing deal. She even gave us lots of helpful tips for our road to Hana experience. The food was great and I truly can not stress how amazing the crew was in making this experience one of the most memorable. I would do this again!
