Schedule
Pick-up from Uehara Hotels & Check-in at Uehara Port
*The staff will guide you to the best SUP or canoe field depending on the wind, tide level, and crowding on the day.
*There is also a possibility that it'll take place at the sea instead of the mangroves.
Enjoy an easy yet authentic nature experience on an island called Japan's last unexplored region. Enjoy watching the unique subtropical plants that you don't usually see.
Activity Ends, Move to Lunch Location
The staff will take you to an area where you can eat lunch freely. Let's eat a lot and recharge our energy. After lunch, head to the starting point for the afternoon.
You will cruise around Ballast Island, a miraculous island made of coral fragments. The contrast between the blue sea and the white island is spectacular. It takes about 10 minutes by boat from Iriomote Island.
Arrival around Ballast Island
An uninhabited island between Iriomote Island and Hatoma Island. It is a remote island that does not exist on maps, and was formed by the accumulation of coral shells due to the influence of ocean currents. Beautiful coral spreads out with outstanding transparency, and many fish greet you.
Enjoy snorkeling in an ocean with excellent clarity and lots of tropical fish.
*The schedule will change depending on the weather, tide level, and number of participants on the day.
