ワイナリーの歴史やテロワールの説明を受けて、車で畑へ向かい見学。
晴れてなかったのですが富士山は頭だけ観られました。
詳しい説明のあと、ヌーヌーボーを飲みながら作業工程を見学。
ラストはレストランで素晴らしいお食事と、５種のワインを楽しみました。
お土産はヌーヌーボーとピノ・ノワール。
コスパも良く大変満足でした。

「ドメーヌQ」がフランス・ブルゴーニュ地方のワイナリーの呼び方でもある「ドメーヌ」を名乗っているのは、ブルゴーニュ地方が由来のピノ・ノワールを栽培しているからです。
敷地内にはワインカーブはもちろん、レストランやクラシックハウス、そしてウェディングが行えるチャペルがあります。

どんなヌーボー（新酒）よりも新しいという意味で名付けたヌーヌーボー。デラウェア特有の芳醇な果実香にキリッとした爽やかさが加わり、のどごしすっきりの辛口白ワインををウェルカムドリンクにどうぞ。
