We took the glacier hiking tour in July and had an amazing time! The glacier had been unexplored for several days and our tour team had spent the entire day before preparing the tour and ensuring that we would travel safely. Dan was our tour guide and he was just as excited as the rest of the tour group to travel up the glacier and explore new routes while explaining to us in detail the history of the glacier and the geology of Iceland. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming to Iceland that wants to see nature up close!
