- Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be presented upon inspection at all times aboard the bus. If lost, no replacement will be given and guests will have to purchase another ticket at full price.
- Children 0 to 4 years old may travel for free given that they sit on an adult's lap or do not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a paying passenger.
- Taking photos of police officers, police cars, military personnel, military equipment and local people wearing black and white national costumes is prohibited in the United Arab Emirates.
