We had a great time wanted to see Venice before we left Italy. Took the tour through Veltra, met in front of the train station and our assistant/guide explained the train system and how to get to the correct platform. She explained where we would get off where the snack car was and toilets. Very important toilets on the train were free anywhere else in Europe you have to pay or be a customer! When we arrived in Venice she was very careful to make sure we all knew where we were going on the ferry boat and where the time and meeting places were so you could choose to stay with her or explore on your own. Only thing unexpected was the Gondola Ride was extra like $35 euros and I thought it was included. We had a great time and with her direction found the places we wanted to go and see.
