Customer Reviews are available only to the members who have agreed to our conditions of use. This Conditions of Use may change if necessary without announcement. Please refer to the most updated document when using this service.
- 2. About Customer Reviews

Customer Reviews help you make informed booking decisions on activities available on VELTRA. It is a premier source for unbiased advice, personalized recommendations, and comparative booking.
Any member who has participated in the activity may submit a review.
The reviews are submitted by our members at their will, and VELTRA will not guarantee their accuracy, legitimateness, usability, completeness, etc.
The activity reviews reviewed on the Customer Reviews will be used on your sole judgment.
- 3. Copyrights

- Reuse and reproduction of texts and photographs submitted to VELTRA is prohibited. However, the original contributor is excluded from this restriction.
- By submitting reviews or photographs to the Customer Reviews, the member agrees that the rights to the contents of the review will be given to VELTRA at no cost. The contents may be used for distribution, reproduction, public transmission, translation, and adaptation (including the right for our company to permit the reuse of it by a third party).
- A third party who has been permitted by VELTRA to reuse the contents of reviews including text and photos may use the contents on affiliate sites of VELTRA. Upon rereviewing on affiliate sites, the name of the member who made the original review may be used.
- 4. Deletion of reviews
- VELTRA reserves the right to solely determine whether a review should be deleted or not. Any reviews found applicable to any of the following prohibited activities may be deleted without prior notice:
- The content of the review is against the law, public order and/or standards of decency.
- The content of the review encourages criminal activity.
- The content of the review contains defamatory language.
- The content of the review is either untrue or is based on misunderstanding.
- The content of the review is found to be abstract and/or uninformative for other members.
- The content of the review is found to be excessively emotional.
- The content of the review uses expressions such as "Do not do it", "Awful" or "the worst."
- The content of the review lists an activity name other than the appropriate activity and makes a comparative evaluation with another activity.
- The review is a negative opinion of the activity, written by a member who did not book/participate through VELTRA.
- The review is a question or complaint regarding the service or function of VELTRA.
- The review is a question or complaint regarding misinformation found in the web pages provided by VELTRA.
- The review is a complaint regarding a dispute, which should be resolved between the member and the activity company.
- The review is found to be unacceptable or inappropriate.
- 5. Submitting and reviewing Photographs

VELTRA reserves the right to solely determine whether a photograph follows our restrictions or not. Contributed photographs will be uploaded to VELTRA after our review. Photographs that are found to be in violation of our restrictions after being uploaded may be deleted without prior notice. Upon reviewing photographs to the Customer Reviews, the members agree that the photographs do not apply to any of the following restrictions:
- The photograph is in violation or is a threat to a third party's right(s) such as its copyright or privacy rights.
- The photograph is in violation of the law, public order and standards of decency.
- The photograph is unsuitable by VELTRA for any other reasons.
