- Any cancellations made after 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Smoking, bringing food and pets are not allowed inside the cave.
- This activity is wheelchair accessible.
Required items to bring & attire
- Proof of age for children between ages 4 and 14 years old.
- Walking shoes
- Sweatshirt / light jacket

- Please check in 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time of each tour.
Additional notes
- A complimentary shuttle bus runs, however due to limited capacity during peak season may require some customers to self-drive to the cave entrance, 5 kilometers from the visitor center.
- Photography and video recording is allowed in Ruakuri Cave.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
