- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- If you cannot locate your driver or experiencing any delays, please contact the local tour operator. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
- If you have additional luggage than the specified amount, an additional of 05.00 AUD will be charged per piece. Any heavy or bulky luggage more than 23 kilograms will be charged extra at the discretion of the driver.
Surfboards, bicycles and the like will be charged 10.00 AUD each. Please indicate how many pieces of luggage you will have at the time of booking.
Additional notes
- Children five (5) years old and under are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats.
- Child seats are available at an additional fee. Please select the add-on upon booking.
