- Any cancellations made between 11:15 local time, 2 business days to 11:15 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 11:15 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate. Single passengers are welcome and will be placed on existing flights only.
- If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions and the helicopter flight is still operational, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.

Additional notes
- All flights are subject to weather conditions, Air Traffic Control, Civil Aviation Safety Authority regulations, and the discretion of the pilot.
- For legal and safety reasons, passenger weights must be advised at the time of booking. A surcharge will apply for passengers weighing more than 110 kilograms (250 pounds) payable on-site.
