- Any cancellations made between 06:45 local time, 7 business days to 06:45 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 06:45 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Any changes made between the booking confirmation date to 06:45 local time, 30 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 5% of the total amount.
