- Any cancellations made after the booking confirmation date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- 4D Theater Ride: Participants must be at least 40 inches (102 cm).
- Wonder Coaster: Participants must be at least 48 inches (122 cm) or 42 inches (107 cm) with an adult.
- Ropes Course: Participants must be at least 48 inches (122 cm) or 42 inches (107 cm) with an adult. Maximum height is 6ft8in (203 cm). Close-toed shoes required. Maximum weight limit is 300lbs (136kg).
- Earthquake: Participants must be at least 36 inches (92 cm).
- Astronaut Gyro: Participants must be at least 48 inches (122 cm). Maximum weight limit is 250 lbs (113kg) per person. Feet must touch the foot platform or you will not be allowed to ride.
- WonderWorks is equipped with elevators for wheelchairs and strollers.
- Trained service animals are permitted to accompany visitors with disabilities.
- WonderWorks has exhibits with flashing lights and motion which may not be suitable for guests with heart problems, diabetes, vertigo, seizures or any other light/motion sensitivities.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Closed toe shoes and pants required for the Ropes Course. No dresses or skirts.
- WonderWorks is a family-oriented attraction. Please dress family-friendly.
- Printed VELTRA voucher

- You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.

- Please expect longer wait times during the peak season and when it rains.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside WonderWorks.
- Lockers are available for 75 cents USD.
- Guests are welcome to enter and exit the attraction as many times as they like within the day.
- Drinks and meals are available for purchase.
- Parking is available on site at an additional fee.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
