- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 06:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of USD 35.00 per participant.
- Any cancellations made after 06:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Any cancellations made after 06:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- Children under 4 ft 9 in (144 cm) must use a car seat. Toast Tours DOES NOT provide car or booster seats for children. Please bring your own car or booster seat.
- Children of all ages are welcome on the tour though drinking alcohol is not permitted for those under the age of 21. This tour is not recommended for children under the age of 8 years old.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please wear weather-appropriate clothing. The coastal weather at San Simeon and Cambria can be much cooler than Paso Robles and there may be some fog in the mornings.
- Tastings are available for purchase for 15 USD to 20 USD on site. Tasting fees are usually waived if wine is purchased.

- Time at each winery is subject to change.
- Shipping boxes and wine skins are available for purchase. Please check with your airline for specific baggage requirements and restrictions.
- Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited to ensure that all guests will have a great experience. Wineries can also refuse admission to intoxicated guests.
- Gratuity is not included in the price.
