- Large luggage (suitcase and big backpacks) are not allowed on the boat. Please leave it in your hotel or airport in advance.
- Please avoid taking photos of police officers, police cars, military personnel, military equipment and local people wearing black and white national costumes. It is prohibited in the United Arab Emirates.
Additional notes
- Tour schedule may be changed depending on weather, traffic conditions and other factors.
- Please avoid wearing jewelry and bringing other valuables during the tour, it is unlikely to find lost items on the desert.
- All camels used for rides undergo a periodic inspection every 3 months with the Dubai government and have a license for the safety of each customer.
- Optional quad bikes may be dangerous and are not covered by insurance. Age limit is strictly observed.
- If pick-up time changes on the day of your tour due to traffic and other instances, you will be getting a call on your provided cellphone number or the hotel you are staying at.
- All guests will have an insurance from the time of pick-up to drop-off covering all accidents and injuries during the tour activities. (Quad bike experience not included)
- Pick-up location (specific hotel) cannot be changed 48 hours before tour departure.
- Tipping is not included in the tour fare and is recommended when needed. For a half-day tour, approximately AED 10-15 is suggested per person.
