- Any cancellations made between 09:00 local time, 2 business days to 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Round-trip transfers between hotels can accommodate up to 4 people. The local tour operator does not accept pick-up from Earl Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali.

- Clients are recommended to dress in comfortable and respectful clothes. Swimwear is not allowed.
Other requirements
- Headphones will be provided. Hats and earrings may be worn at the passenger's own risk.
- Passengers' weights will be checked prior to boarding due to helicopter weight and balance regulations.
- Please call the activity provider 24 hours before your activity to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed. Failure to call will result to a 'no show' reservation and will not be eligible to a refund.
- Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to the exact flight time. The activity provider reserves the right to release the flight 15 minutes ahead of the schedule.
- Guests who are prone to motion sickness must inform the pilot or ground staff.
