    Very professional and friendly guides!! And I feel like ANA has a complete visiting plan for the visitors. No doubt about that ANA base tour is the best airline base tour I have ever participated!!

    Out of all of the activities we have done in Japan, this has turned to be the best one we have done! The owners are a married couple and both have been so nice and sweet. The whole activity is very immersive and we didn't notice that 2 hours have went by so fast! They also served us sweets and tea before starting and they were all so delicious!     When we think back to our class, we are still filled with the warmth, hospitality and expertise that we were able to experience. Even though it was only just under 3 hours, we were able to get a great impression of the art of Kintsugi.     Such a fun activity with my 16 year old daughter. We went to the studio and were pleasantly surprised to find out if was a personal lesson for just the two of us! Our teacher was so lovely and you could tell how passionate she was about her craft. She explained the whole process thoroughly and helped us if we needed it on each step.     We had a really wonderful time creating a very unique keepsake that will always remind us of our time in Japan. Our instructor, Hiro, was excellent in explaining everything in English and he helped my sons each learn techniques to create the glass cuts they wanted for each of their designs.     I just made my own bowl of ramen this weekend and I was helped by one of the workers, Ryou. He was so sweet!! He was able to communicate effectively in English, showed me every step with patience, rooted me on, and even offered to take photos/videos of me throughout the process.
