She has a remarkable understanding of the needs of her tourists and explains each location clearly, ensuring that everyone can fully understand and enjoy the experience.     Had an awesome time and would highly recommend. The restaurant is gorgeous and the staff extremely hospitable.     Very professional and friendly guides!! And I feel like ANA has a complete visiting plan for the visitors. No doubt about that ANA base tour is the best airline base tour I have ever participated!!

    The serving staff that took care of my table was very experienced with the food and did her best in explaining to me in English and with my limited Japanese (staff was fluent in Japanese and Spanish, but I was not, hehe).     Out of all of the activities we have done in Japan, this has turned to be the best one we have done! The owners are a married couple and both have been so nice and sweet. The whole activity is very immersive and we didn't notice that 2 hours have went by so fast! They also served us sweets and tea before starting and they were all so delicious!     Since I arrived early to the appointment, the instructor started the lesson earlier with little preparation needed which was very much appreciated. The lesson itself was great. Even though English was harder for her, she still communicated well how to play the instrument by demonstrating and giving verbal explanation, which helped me learn quickly.     When we think back to our class, we are still filled with the warmth, hospitality and expertise that we were able to experience. Even though it was only just under 3 hours, we were able to get a great impression of the art of Kintsugi.     Such a fun activity with my 16 year old daughter. We went to the studio and were pleasantly surprised to find out if was a personal lesson for just the two of us!
