How can I tell if I booked an activity?
Simply sign in to Your Account to view all of your bookings.
Will someone call me once my booking is completed?
No, VELTRA is an international online booking service and we seldom make calls. Our primary form of communication is through email.
When will I be informed about my pick up schedule?
If pick-up service has been booked, your voucher will include the exact location and time of your pick-up. Make sure to enter your hotel or accommodation information while booking or once your booking is confirmed to receive an accurate pick-up schedule.
