- Please note that the following are not allowed to go up Sagrada Familia's towers:
- Children under age 6
- Unaccompanied children from 6 to 17 years old
- People with reduced mobility
- People who suffer from vertigo or cardiovascular diseases

- Proper dress code is required to enter the Sagrada Familia Basilica. No see-through clothing, tank tops, strapless shirts, flip flops or short shorts will be accepted.

- The second part of the tour starts at 15:00 at Sardenya, 311. Please be at the check-in location 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Additional notes
- For your comfort, a radio guide system is offered during the tour, in groups of more than 5 people.
- Due to limited capacity of the elevators, there can be a waiting time between the Basilica and museum guided tour.
Please understand that the elevator may not be operating due to weather conditions and other uncontrollable causes. In such cases, on the way out of the tower, you may be asked to walk down the stairs. - The tour is guided in English and Spanish.
- The Sagrada Familia Tower visit will not be guided and access is subject to weather conditions or other unforeseen reasons.
- Please note that this tour involves a considerable amount of walking.
