- Some hotels are located in zones that cannot be accessed by the shuttle bus. In such cases, you might be asked to wait for pick-up at a different location near your hotel. The driver will fetch or drop you as close to your accommodation as possible.
- Please indicate upon booking if you will be needing a child seat.
- Please note that charges may apply for each additional luggage.
- In case of flight delay, please contact the activity provider to make sure that you are booked for the next available bus departure.
- Please note that the driver will be waiting for you at the airport for
1 hour from the actual arrival time of your flight. - The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.

- The service operates on a door-to-door basis. Please take into account that there will be multiple pick-up locations along the way. As the ride may take up to 1.5 hour, we recommend to plan your transfer at least 3 hours before your flight.
