All that Pizzaz with UNESCO Neapolitan Pizza-making
Arguably Italy's most iconic and well-known food export, pizza has reached the far corners of the globe, with regional or national variations and adaptations to the much-loved dish. But have you heard of the art of "pizzaiuolo" (twirling the dough then baking it in a wood-fired brick oven)? If not, you're not alone, as it is little-known outside of Naples.
