The tour was okay. We got a bit of information on the bus on the way out which was helpful and interesting. However what we didn't know when booking the tour, was that half would be in English, and half in Spanish. Essentially we got half a tour because half of the time it was in a different language. The guided tour at Pisa was also a little hard to understand at times.
