Restrictions
- Guests who are under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Children 12 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Guests must be at least 99 lbs (45 kg) to participate in this activity.
- Guests must be below 260 lbs (118 kg) to participate in this activity.

- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.

Additional notes
- Insurance requires that City Segway Tours maintain a credit card on file (one per party) on the day of the reservation. Your card will not be charged unless there is damage caused to the Segway. Your card information will be deleted immediately upon completion of a damage-free tour.
- The tour will not enter museums.
- The tour operates with a maximum of 8 people.
- This activity operates regardless of weather.
- Please arrive at your check-in location 15 minutes prior to the start time.
