There is nothing to do in Poros and Hydra. We took the optional tour in Aegina to go to St. Nectarios Church, which was the only purpose I took the one day tour. Unfortunatly, we only had 10 minutes to go into the church.

Awesome Tour

I went as an individual and it really was an amazing tour. Jeff was very funny, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. He was very personable and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I took both the 5 and 10 hour tours and they were just spectacular, I really got what I paid for. If you are a huge lost fan I highly recommend this tour and be sure to request Jeff!

Gozo Highlights Full Day Tour from Malta with Ġgantija Temples Visit and Lunch

On the 17th August I did the day trip to Goza, and the pick up was prompt, from my Hotel at the Santana, Qwara. However, after the drive to the ferry crossing, it all seem to go down hill with the organisation. Our guide was ver pleasant. However, we all split up from out tour group, at her suggestion, and then were to reconvene once the ferry docked. Upon disembarking, it was chaos - I was not able to find the guide/bus easily, and the doors of the coach were just closing, as I made it on the bus. The guides voice even with the microphone was not easy to follow, and a few people next to me commented also to this effect. The tour was disappointing. We did not do any of the ancient temples, which would have been very interested, and the bus either disappeared and came back to collect us, or the a/c was switched off as the driver was not present. So, a very hot day, waiting outside for the driver to return or the bus. The lunch was excellent, really good, but all in all, I would not recommend this trip. Again, there was disorganisation when we arrived back in Malta via the ferry - several people were walking up and down, looking for their mini bus. I eventually found mine and was very relieved. I feel that the guide should actually keep the group together more, especially when taking the ferry.

The cruise seemed well organised and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would have enjoyed more time on the island of Poros as we only had 30 minutes.

Lost fans

With this tour you really have to book in advance. I booked it almost 10days in advance and i still didnt get the date i wanted and in the end had to change it to a day earlier as the morning time was full.
The tour itself was good, the guide was friendly and nice. He varies the tour depending on what you are most interested to see and of course the people we shared the hummer with were also a huge fan of Lost, so basically he pointed out most of Lost locations. However, the view of the ranch was breathtaking, its definatley worth it even if you are not a movie of Lost fan, its just amazing, you really feel like you are in another world, so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Unforgetable.
The hummer was fun too since it was our first experience. On a hot day we were lucky we booked the hummer and not the ATV bikes as that day there was no breeze and we could imagine how hot and uncomfortable it could have been with the bikes. At least with the hummer we had air-con.

Lost Tour

This was an awesome tour!!!! The locations on the Ranch were absolutely breathtaking. Some of the most beautiful scenary we
have ever seen. Riding in the hummer on the Ranch was a blast. Scott was an excellent tour guide. His enthusiam matched ours with every excited stop along the way. It was obvious that he loves the show as much as we do. That made it so much more fun. Even if you haven't seen the show GO ON THIS TOUR!! You will have a great time.

We liked the tour because if you go to Athens, you just have to visit the islands nearby since the city of Athens is not very nice (traffic, people, ...).
The island of Hydra was the nicest place of the tour. White houses on a hill (like on postcards) and a lot to see and to shop.
The second stop, Poros was not so nice. We stopped only for 30min or so and the only thing to do was to walk up the hill to a small tower which was surrounded by fences.
The last island was Aegina. For that island, we were able to book one of two tours. One tour was by bus to a cathedral or so and to the temple of Aphaia (25 EUR), the other tour was a bus trip to nice place or so (22 EUR). We booked the Aphaia tour but it was not worth it at all. They said the temple is one of the best preserved ones, but for me it looked like the ones in Athens and there was no possibility to go inside. At the entrance to the temple, not everyone got a ticket. I have no idea why, they did not want to tell us but it seems like not everyone had to pay (maybe because of the age?) so the tour guide probably just kept the money for the ones which did not need to pay...? After the temple, we went to the cathedral but we only had the chance to jump out of the bus and take some pictures from far away. The tour was more on the bus than for sightseeing. The good thing was that we got some information during the bus ride about the island.
Overall, we enjoyed the cruise because it was nice to enjoy the sun while getting around by boat. Since only one island was really nice, we should have better booked another trip. It is also to mention that we had to wait 45min to be picked up nearby the hotel in the morning (the office was not open at that time so we did not know if we get picket up at all...) and that the ship was pretty big with at least 100 people.

We, the four of us, had an absolute blast on this trip. Our tour guide, Scott was awesome and made our trip wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone who is a "Lost" or movie fan. Even if you're not, the scenery is worth it.

Fun for all LOST and movie fans!

My husband and I are huge fans of the TV show LOST so when I came across this tour I knew it was for us! We really enjoyed it! The sights were so fun to see. Our tour guide (Scotty I believe) was a fan also so it was enjoyable to discuss theories and ideas about the show. He made the tour fun and informative. The ranch is beautiful in itself so the ride was scenic! We really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to fans of LOST and movie fans! Great experience!!

Lost Hummer Tour

We highly recommend this tour, especially if you are a Lost fan. Our driver Jeff took us to many of the Lost locations, especially in the Kualoa Ranch. It was cool to be riding in the hummer as you would not get to some of the locations on the ranch without it. We also got to see where parts of Jurassic Park, 50 First Dates and Mighty Joe Young were filmed. Jeff's knowledge and enthusiasm made this tour a must see.
A funny thing happened to us the week after our tour. We went out to Michel's for dinner and at the next table I recognized one of the men and I was sure he was involved with Lost. When I got home I searched and found that 2 of the men at the table were involved with the show. Damon Lindelof who is one of the creators, executive producers and head writer and Carlton Cuse who is a writer and executive producer. We now watch Lost in anticipation of seeing some of the places that the Hummer tour took us.

Great tour, incredible scenery. A great way to get off the paved road and into the scenic hawaiian back country. Interesting for movie buffs and especially Lost Fans. Good presentation with a great tour guide. Learned a great deal about the ranch and the history of the island.

Aloha! From Us Carolina Girls! Let us tell you Our Tour Guide JEFF was awesome!! Our Trip to Hawaii and this tour was a surpise for My Nieces Graduation. The Off Road Movie Set Tour is a must! It was Great!! Jeff was lots of fun and made our trip memorable with all his knowledge during our off road adventure as well as taking as many photos as we silly girls wanted. The water and trail bar were a life saver during the 5 hour tour Yummy!! We highly recommend this tour!!!! Thanks to Jeff we had an awesome time!!!

Behind the Scenes Hummer Tour

This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. it was great to see the sights you could not see on a regular tour while seeing where various scenes from movies and TV shows were made. If you are a Lost fan this is extremely exciting. Our tour guide, Paul, was very knowledgeable and informative. Very enjoyable!

This tour was really quite neat. Being a Lost fan, it was very cool seeing various filming sites. It was packed full of fun, interesting information, and action! My only regret is that I didn't take enough pictures on this tour!

The tour was very good ,however because of low tide the ship was unable to sail. we were transferred to smal boats and evetually a large ship and brought back to Athens. Quite an adventure!!!

Hummer Experience

We had the best time on this tour. Richard, our guide, was excellent, friendly, and we had a lot of fun with him. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the experience will be remembered for a life time. We got to see certain scenes from Lost, You Me and Dupree, and 50 First Dates. Got lots of pictures, and enjoyed the ride, and history of the island. I would absolutely do this all over again. I would recommend it to any one and everyone.
