ロワシー空港からパリのアパルトマンまで送って頂きました。
飛行機の到着が1時間も遅れてしまい、降りて直ぐに電話したら、ドライバーさんはまだピックアップの場所で待っていて下さいました。日本人ならいざ知らず、フランス人ドライバーなのでまさか待ってて下さるなんて感激でした。しかも荷物が多かったのですが運んで下さり、アパルトマンまでも無事に送って頂きました。大分時間がおしてしまったのにとても親切なドライバーさんに大感謝です。また是非利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

荷物を受け取るとすぐに分かりやすいところでドライバーさんが待っててくれました。
私たちの名前を書いたプラカードも持っていたので、家族４人でスーツケースにベビーカーもあったのですごく助かりました！

空港のバス乗り場がやや分かりにくいので、
案内の地図をもう少し詳しいものにしたほうがよいですね。
それ以外はバスも広くて綺麗で快適でしたし、
バウチャーも問題なく使えたので満足です。

往復チケットを購入しました。現地でチケットを買う手間が省けますし、何より日本語で確実に買うことができるという安心感が大きいです。
荷物を預け、運転手にバウチャーを見せるとチケットと引き換えてもらえるのですが、その時は何も渡されずにスルーされ、どういうことだろうかと少々不安になりましたが、空港内の乗り場全てを回ったところで運転手がチケットチェックにきて、その時に引き換えられました。
車内は二人掛けの座席を一人で使っても全員座れるくらいで、あまり混んではいなかったです。
帰りの空港行きはその時にもらったチケットを見せれば乗れます。

行きと帰り、両方利用しました。
行きはゲートを出たらすでに待ってて下さり、スムーズにホテルまで行けました。
帰りは１５分前くらいに来てくれました。
きれいな大きめの車でしたし、タクシーと料金も変わらないので次回からはこちらを利用したいと思いました。

英語もろくすっぽ話せない私たち定年組ですが、アクティビティ大好き人間なのでこれまでもセグウェイとか、いろんなものに参加しました。今回の送迎は現地到着後「電話連絡」という大きな課題？の前に　相手との意思疎通がとても心配でしたが、電話の応対も根気よく繰り返し尋ねていただいたので無事にホテルで送迎ドライバーと会うことができました。ロンドン市内、および高速道の大渋滞の中、空いてる車線から割り込むように進んでくれたおかげで無事に空港に到着し、ホッとしました。渋滞を考えるともっと早い時間に待ち合わせすればいいかと思いますが、この事例は私たちの語学不足も関係してるので　これは私の課題ですね。

普通のタクシーと同程度の金額で、１台チャーターできて本当によかったです。

私は初めてのヨーロッパの旅で、何から何まで心配でした。でも、旅のスタートのヒースロー空港での迎えの車がスムーズだったので安心しました。私達2人のみだったので、約30分到着が遅れてもドライバーさんが待っていてくれました。英語が話せたらもっと情報をもらえたのかもしれません。約1時間ホテルまで観光がてら車窓の大通りの風景を楽しみました。またロンドンに行く際は

NRTからAMS経由でCDG到着が19時と遅い為、早くホテルに着きたいのでチャーターにしました。ドライバーとの待ち合わせ時間は19:50でしたが、ｲﾐｸﾞﾚも無く荷物もPriorityで早く出るため19:20には待ち合わせの場所についてしまいました。ドライバーは早めに来るのかと思っており、待つ間は心配しましたが、本当にOn Timeで迎えに来てくれました。Pick Upしてもらったらあとは全く問題無く指定のﾎﾃﾙまで送ってくれました。海外では安全・安心が第一と思いますので、また機会があれば利用すると思います。

After flying all the way and overnight from Alaska, I was very pleased with the shuttle service. After a short wait, they sent me to the resort in a cab, as the shuttles were going to be a while. I would definitely use them again, and appreciated not having to wait any longer than necessary at the airport.

I needed a ride back to the airport to pick up a car for my last two days in Maui. The driver was great, and took me to the car rental agency which saved me time. My time in Maui was magical and I would definitely use this service again!

　10月9日に利用しました。空港の出口に出たら名前が書いてあるＩｐａｄが目に入り、すぐにわかりました。（ちょっと読み方がまちがってましたが）駐車場まで一緒に歩いていきました。私たちは3人でしたので、スーツケース3つ後ろにをのせてもらい、後部座席に並んですわりました。ドライバーさんはすぐに水があるからのんでいいよといってくれて、みたらペットボトルのミネラルウォーターが２本ありいただきました。（3人で2本？）
　運転は普通だと思います。ホテルがちょっとわかりにくい道だったようで、ナビでもみつけづらく10分くらい迷いましたが、ホテルに電話して確認してくれて無事につけました。
オペラから10分くらいにあるホテルですが、バスで着てたら迷っていたかもしれませんので、助かりました。帰りの飛行機で一緒になった人がバスおりてすぐにスリにあってしまったという話をきいて、やっぱり送迎をたのんでよかったと思いました。

素晴らしい

朝8時半のフライトで5時半に予約
4時間取らなかったので不安がありましたが
15分前にはもう待機していて下さり、早朝で渋滞もなく
免税で買い物や朝食もとれてちょうどいい時間でした。
チャイルドシートも完備されていました
前日の夜9時に確認の電話を入れて、ちゃんと繋がったのも安心の一つでした。
また利用すると思います

出口で待っていて下さり、すぐに乗車。
渋滞していましたが、色々車窓の景色を英語で説明。
ガラの悪いバスが横を通るのを見て、さらに安心感が増した？！
おすすめします。
ただチャイルドシートもベビーシートもなく、退屈した2歳の子どもが
シートベルトから外れて降りたがって大変でした。

初めてのロンドン。空港に着いてお迎えの男性はあまり愛想もなく急に不安でいっぱいになってしまいました。運転が荒くすごいスピードで車酔いしそうでした。でも無事にホテルまで送ってもらえたからホッとしました(>_<)

ちょっと残念

空港からホテルまでの送迎をお願いしました。

空港では案の定、入国審査に長蛇の列でした。
私の番が終わり、急いで出て、ダッシュしてドライバーさんのところに向かい、待たせて申し訳ないと思い謝ったところ、
あと10分遅かったらもう帰ってるところだ！と怒りあらわ。
何度謝っても遅い遅いと言われ怒られました。運転も荒かったです。

ホテルに着くなり、さっきの表情から一変、ものすごい笑顔に。
そしたらそのドライバーさんは満面の笑みで5ポンドプリーズ！と言ってきたのです。
その豹変ぷりに唖然としました…

帰国する時は、ホテルから空港へは別会社で予約しました。
その会社のドライバーさんはすごくフレンドリーでチップの要求もありませんでした。

Mini shuttle or Tour Bus?

I was confused as to where my shuttle would pick me up after being told by the tour bus driver on drop off at the parking lot near the car rental booths that this is where I would be picked up after returning my rental car a few days later. I was glad I checked to find out that a mini shuttle would instead pick me up at the front of the baggage area.

Less confusion would have been avoided if I were given instructions when I made my reservation.

物静かな紳士ドライバーでした

行きのピックアップで空港で待ちぼうけを経験したので、ちょっと不安に思っていましたが、約束のピックアップ時間の10分前に来ていただき、安心しました。
物腰や運転も丁寧で、土曜日の午前中ということもあり、30分ほどで空港に着きました。
荷物が重かったり、多かったりした場合、空港のゲートも航空会社を伝えれば最も近いところまで車で行ってもらえるのでとても楽で便利です。行きで不安になった分は帰りの利用で、また今度も利用したいと思えました。

朝7時着のフライト、ピックアップ時間は7時40分。私たちがロビーに来れたのは8時前くらいでした。てっきりもう迎えの人を待たせてしまっていると思い、iPadの名前を探しましたが見つからず、何度見直しても見つからず、8時を過ぎても出会えないため、電話をしてみましたが電話の仕方が悪かったのかつながらず、インフォメーションの女性にお願いして電話してもらい、ようやく迎えの人と出会えました。
交通渋滞で遅れたとのこと、仕方ない気持ち半分、地元の人だったら渋滞は百も承知かとも思い、余裕を持って来ていただけるとありがたいです。
ドライバーの方は道中ずっとどこからか（会社でしょうか）電話がかかってきて、色々と説明しているようでした。
初めてのパリで、最初からハプニングでドキドキしました。
今後に期待します！

Good driver & very clean vehicle

Anytime using car service usually two things come to mind: cleanliness of the vehicle and driver personality. Our driver, Francis, was not only very nice but had excellent etiquette. The sedan was also clean, smelled good, and was just washed. He was also very prompt and I would definitely use him again.
