初めてで不安でしたが、、、予定時刻になってもドライバーさんが現れず・・・不安でずいぶん時間がたってから、電話にて連絡をさせていただいたところ、渋滞に巻き込まれていたようでした、、、５～１０分くらいならよかったのですが、かなり遅かったので不安でした。。
無事ホテルにはついたのでよかったですが。

バウチャーに帰りは事前に電話連絡が必要と記載があるのを見逃して当日に気がついて連絡しませんでしたが、時間通りにちゃんと迎えに来てくれました！
行きと同じ方で、さらに安心しましたw
スーツケースも重くなってバスの移動も大変だし、タクシーも料金が不安だし、帰りは特にオススメですよ〜！

かなりオススメ！！！

飛行機の到着が1時間以上遅れたのですがちゃんと待っててくれました。
とても感じのいい方で、お水を無料でくれたり（咳をしていたから気を使ってくれたのかな？）パリの観光の情報や、ちょっとしたフランス語も教えてくれました！
初めてのパリで緊張していたのがほぐれました！
時に安心はお金で買うと思っているので次回も絶対に利用します^ ^

送迎は満足ですが。。。
Reviewed by: Newyork, 2014/12/23エッフェル塔付近のホテル、且つ、家族三人だったので、タクシー代を考えても、お得と判断し、利用しました。
飛行機が早く到着し、且つ、荷物も早く受取る事が出来た為、予定時間より1時間ま早く到着しました。ドライバーの方の到着は、約束時間の5分前でした。結果、約1時間待つ事になりました。まあ、これは飛行機が早く到着した為ですから、致し方ないと思います。車に乗車し、しばらくすると、フランス語で話しかけられました。お恥ずかしいながらフランス語は分からない為、？？。が、しばらくすると、ホテル名と住所を質問していると理解し、英語で返しますが、通じず。結果、ホテルバウチャーを見せ、解決しました。
サービス内容、価格は、満足できる内容です。
が、申込時点で、ホテル名は入力してますから、それは、認識していて当然ではないかと思います。なので、今後に期待としました。

Great Service!

英語できなくてもどうにかなりました。
Reviewed by: ako-yoko, 2014/12/22往復利用いたしました。英語に不安のある叔母さん二人でしたがドライバーの方にバウチャを示せばホテルまで送ってくれます。渋滞だったようで空港で待たされたのは多少不安でしたが指定された場所で待っていたのでちゃんとPic upしてくれました。荷物を持ってウロウロする事を考えるとこの値段は満足ですし有難いです。またフリーで旅するような事があれば利用します。

ホテルまで向かうところで案内もしてもらえて本当にいいドライバーさんに当たったなって思いました。
あっという間にホテルについて、チェックインの時にバックはコートに隠すようにってアドバイスもらって本当にいいかたでした。また次回もお願いしたいなあ。本当にこの価格でいいのって思うくらい。ありがとうございまーす

Reviewed by: KYOUKO, 2014/12/20ドライバーがまだかなと思っていたら10分遅れると電話があり…それから20分経ってあと5分と電話があり…結局30分遅れて到着。その日はどこに行っても大渋滞だったようで仕方ないと思いますが…渋滞にちょっとイライラ、ちょっと無理な追い越し運転、運転しながら電話がいっぱいかかってくる…渋滞等見越して早い時間に予約していたので大丈夫だったのですが、パリのドライバーさんはちょっとかわいそうでした。とてもいい人そうで、早く着かないとと一生懸命な感じでした。
パリは渋滞や急なストなどありますので、余裕のある時間での予約をお勧めします。

The driver was confused as to the exact location of my lodging, but was courteous and friendly to change direction and got me to my destination. The driver offered a great deal of friendly advice in response to passenger questions. A very nice experience.

対応が良かった

バス自体は問題なかったのですが、このバウチャーが上手く機能していませんでした。
バスに乗り込んでから運転手の方が席を廻って乗車賃を徴収していたのですが、
印刷したバウチャーを見せてもこれはよく分からないと言われ、結局現金で支払うことになってしまいました。
帰国後、VELTRAさんにお問い合わせしたところ、しっかりと対応して下さり、返金もありました。

調べたところこちらの往復チケットを見つけたので利用しました。
ルフトハンザドイツ航空リムジンバスのバス停No．1から乗車し、中央駅北口で降車。
所要時間は40分くらいだったと思います。
復路も降車した同じ場所から乗車し、空港ターミナル2で降車。
英語もドイツ語もわからないですが、問題なく利用することができました。

ミュンヘン空港では17時ぐらいに到着しましたが、外は真っ暗です。バス乗り場はすぐにわかります。
運転手さんは英語で、大丈夫でした。バウチャーを見せるとチケットをくれます。
ミュンヘン駅周辺も明らかに危なそうなひとはおらず治安はいいと思います。
私は方向音痴なので帰りのバス乗り場がわからなくなりましたが、トラベルセンターで聞くと教えてもらえます。

Reviewed by: ふりっく, 2014/11/30初めてのパリだったので、空港からの送りサービスを利用した。バスやタクシー等も検討したが、バス停から重い荷物を持って慣れない街中を歩く自身がなかったことやメーターがかわるのをドキドキしながら乗るのも不安だったので、こちらを予約した。少々高くはなるが、旅行ツアーのオプションでつけるよりも安く済んだのでよかった。
荷物を取って外に出ると、ipadに名前を書いたドライバーが待っててくれ、自分たち専用なのですぐに乗車することができ、とても楽だった。また夜（午後8時頃）だったので、頼んでおいてよかったと思う。

当日も早めにドライバーは到着してホテル外で待っていたようで、こちらから声をかけたら、すぐに対応してもらえた。荷物の上げ下ろしもやってもらえるし、自分たち専用なので、時間も気にすることなくスムーズに空港まで行くことができた。

Platinum Limo to Honolulu Airport - SUPERB Service

My mother was anxious and nervous about traveling alone. Platinum did a GREAT job of easing her anxiety - they took care of everything and helped her every step of the way (luggage, bag inspection, getting checked in and a wheelchair at the airport). She was so pleased and thankful for how well they took care of her. Thank you!

荷物多いと便利

バス乗場もすぐにわかり(到着口出て左に歩いて外に出るだけ)、バウチャー見せたらチケット発行してくれました。ミュンヘン市内はミュンヘン中央駅の北側が発着場になりますので、自分の泊まるホテルの場所がわかっていたら、そんなに迷わず着けると思います。
とにかく海外旅行は荷物が多くなりがちですので、駅と空港の往復券が17EUROはお得な感じがします。
