往復ともに利用しました。３年前にパリに旅行した時、最終日のCDGへ向かうロワシーのバス停の前でスリに遇い散々な目にあったので、今回は安全安心な送迎を頼みました。ホテルの前まで送ってくれるし帰りもホテルまで迎えに来てくれてターミナルの入口まで送ってもらえました。ロワシーバスより料金は高いですが、体力的精神的にとても楽でした。往復ともに同じ方だったのも良かったです。

毎度便利で活用しています

今回は仕事でしたのでチャーター利用です。バスや乗り合いと異なり、待ち時間少なくスムースに町に入れますので、急ぎの方には最もお勧めです。
ただ、パリだけにドライバーが遅刻することは残念ながらありますので、しばらく待ちましょう。

The service was excellent! I was met right at baggage terminal and the van was very close. My driver was very friendly and knowledgeable, in fact I requested him for the return ride later. Also I found the price to be very reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

英語もドイツ語もほとんど話せない私ですが、安心して利用することができました。空港内にはバス乗り場の案内表示があるので、それにしたがって外に出るとバス停はすぐに見つけることができました。それでもこのバスで良いのか不安だったので、運転手さんに聞くと「これはフランクフルト行きだよ～♪」とからかわれました（笑）日本に比べ愉快な運転手さんでした。バウチャーを見せると往復のチケットを貰えるので、帰りまで無くさないように注意します。重いスーツケースも出し入れしてもらえ、しばらくバスに乗っているだけで到着するので、非常に快適で便利でした。

集合時間の10分前に来て下さいました。
便の出発時間の4時間前でしたが、実は、イースター前の聖なる金曜日で、道路は大渋滞。市内から1時間20分かかりました。
途中ねていましたが、抜け道抜け道と走って下さったようで、安心快適でした。

到着して、電話をかけなくてはならないので、それがなかなか通じなくて面倒ですが、夜の便は、時間までパリを遊べてゆっくり迎えるのでおすすめします。
到着は別会社の日本人ドライバーに相乗りでお願いしましたが、同乗者に気を使い、ドライバーさんもなんの話もしないので、
変わりありません。
グループで行くなら断然おすすめします。
到着の連絡を電話でなく、メールで連絡できると尚使いやすいです。

事前にバウチャーが発行されていたので、空港でチケットを買わずにすぐにバスに乗れて便利でした。往復で買っていると、運転手にバウチャーを渡すと帰りのチケットをくれます。ミュンヘン空港のバス停は、表示に従って進めばすぐに見つかります。

Not expecting such great service at KOA

We were amazed at the greeting and service at KOA upon arriving for a month holiday. Out of the whole plane we were the first ones out of the airport, that's how fast it was. It is comforting to know that this is available and no one should worry about being picked up and delivered right to your front door and the price was right also. We will use it again I promise. MA halo!

Thank you to Marisa at Robert's Hawaii and Veltra for a quick response to my earlier concerns regarding shuttle services Mar 13 &14. Not only was there an apology, but also a refund of extra monies caused by the change to service. This is good business practise and much appreciated.

空港とミュンヘン中央駅の往復に利用しました。どちらも２０分に一本程度あり、道路の混雑状況により片道４０分～１時間ぐらいです。バス停も空港は出口すぐ、ミュンヘン中央駅は駅を出てすぐの場所にあり、大変便利でした。往復チケットを購入した方は、ＶＥＬＴＲＡのバウチャーを運転手に渡した際、必ずReturn(往復）チケットであることを伝え、帰り分のチケットとなるレシートのようなものを受け取ってください。ＶＥＬＴＲＡのバウチャーは見慣れないためか、こちらからきちんと確認しなければ、バウチャーだけ取られて、帰り分のチケットの控え（バーコードが印刷されていて、帰りはこれを機械で読み込みます）を、もらえません。

予約時間を守らず運転も乱暴

到着時CDG⇒パリ市内のドライバーさんは、応対も運転も丁寧で感じがよかったです。
ただ、帰国時パリ市内⇒CDGは、10時の予約時間の20分前から待っていたのにもかかわらず、予約時間を15分過ぎても現れず、ホテルのフロントからVELTORAの事務所に連絡を取ってもらい、結局20分遅れでホテルに到着。途中の運転もかなり荒っぽく、また、空港の駐車場マナーも悪く、かなり怖い思いをしました。

飛行機が予定よりも40分も早く到着、ピックアップの約束時間まで1時間以上もある状態でした。当然、到着出口で待っているはずはなく、どうしようか不安になったのですが、5分ぐらいベンチで待っていたら、名前を書いた紙を持った（ipadではありませんでした）ドライバーさんが！！早めに来てくださって助かりました。30分くらいでホテルに到着し、何の問題もありませんでしたが、運転中、ずっと携帯でおしゃべりをしていたのはちょっと残念でした。
帰りのドライバーさんは身だしなみもしっかりした紳士でした。差があるようですね。

初めてでもスムーズで安心でした

ホテルエントランスの前がすぐ道路で駐車スペースがなく、ちょっと心配していたのですが、別の場所に車を止めて、約束の10分前には迎えに来てくださいました。夕方で道路は混み始めていましたが、「この先も渋滞しているのが見える？違う道を行くよ」みたいなことを道路を指さしながら説明してくれて抜け道を通ってくれました。空港には40分弱ぐらいで到着。ひとりの利用では割高だとは思いますが、タクシーよりちょっと高い程度でしょうか。安心感を買う気持ちで次回も利用したいと思います。

My experience March 8 was fine (aside from the driver running a red light and snorting profusely for the duration of the ride; he said at the end of the ride it was due to allergies).
Unfortunately my two children arriving at separate times the following weekend (Mar 13 and 14) was not.
On Mar 13 late arrival my daughter waited for the shuttle, then was informed she would be taking a taxi instead. It took the taxi driver 90 minutes to get her from the airport to Honua Kai because the driver did not know the address (full address provided for the resort as well as its name).
The next night my son and his partner were also rerouted by taxi after waiting a half hour on the shuttle. At least this time the taxi knew the resort but then informed his passengers that tip was not included and asked for $20. As this was our first time to Maui we did not know how to direct taxi drivers, nor that we were expect to pay additional charges after paying for the shuttle when it was booked. (We tip the drivers according to bags, but not for the trip for shuttle service)
In all, two out of three experiences not so good.

ヨーロッパの鉄道移動は、スーツケースがあるとやはりたいへんなので、バスはとても便利です。

結果的には、ミュンヘン中央駅まで快適に行くことができましたが、乗る際にバウチャー見せても『料金払え』という感じで、支払済みの旨説明しても、納得いかない感じで、いいから座れ。という感じでした。
必ずバウチャーの支払いすみがわかるプリントアウトをお勧めします。
乗る場所によっては、トランクも開けてくれはいケースもあるようですので、バスに持ち込んだほうがよいかもしれません。
ちなみに、ドイツ語力ゼロですが…

当日運転手さんからチケットを購入しなくて済むので便利です。
日程が記載されていたのですが、万が一、記載された日に使えなかった場合（行きに使わなかった分を帰りに使う場合など）は日程変更が可能なのかが、気になりました。
運転手さんに紙を渡さないといけなくて
印刷がマストです。
