2/11と2/15利用しました。
ドイツ語がほぼわからない状態だったので不安でした。まず席について、そのあとにチケットを見に運転手が回りに来ます。とても安いですし、運行量も被いので便利です。

時間通りに迎えに来ていただき、とても安心しました。
海外だと時間にルーズなことも多いので、きっちりしているのはいいですね。

ターミナルを間違えて下ろされてしまい、隣まで歩かないといけなくなり、それが－1ですね。

ニースからパリに到着する飛行機が大幅に遅れ、つたない英語で緊急連絡先に電話したものの、
ちゃんと待っていてくださるか不安でした。
結局３時間近く遅れての到着でしたが、名前を掲げて待っていてくださったドライバーさんはとても優しく、不安がっていた両親も安心して話していました。
本当に助かりました。
ありがとうございました。

ピックアップ場所を見落としてしまい、３０分以上迷って遅れてしまったためドライバーがムッとしていたが、その後は私の変な英語にも気さくに話をしてくれた。ロンドンは渋滞が激しいので定額のシャトルにして良かったが、物価の高いロンドンなので他の都市と同等くらい安くしてもらえるとありがたかった。

リコンファームが必要なのは正直少し面倒でしたが、簡単な英語で十分伝わるので、あまり英語に自信のない方でも大丈夫だと思います。

予定していた迎えの時間ぴったりに、ドライバーさんがホテルの車寄せに来てくれました。（少し早めについてホテルの外で待機してくれていた様子でした）
若い、おそらくインド系？の男性で、応対や運転がとても丁寧で安心できました。車はメルセデスのセダンで乗り心地が良かったです。
空港到着時もきちんと航空会社を確認してくれ、大きなスーツケース2つもカートに載せてくれました。
お願いして良かったです。ありがとうございました。

日曜日の利用でも割増料金がなかったので、こちらのサービスをお願いしました。
到着後40分まで待っている、とバウチャーに書いてありましたが
パスポートコントロールに1時間以上かかってしまい。。途中で記載されていたオフィスの電話番号に連絡をして、その旨を伝えたところ、インド系と思われる中年の男性が笑顔で待っていてくれました。車はメルセデスのワゴンでした（私が一人だと思っていなかった様子でした）。対応も運転も丁寧で、安心して利用できました。

アーリーアライブにもかかわらず、ちゃんと出口で待っててもらいました。今回、病気の家内が一緒だったのでお願いしましたが、これだと１人じゃなければ経済的だし、楽で確実。

Private Town Car & SUV Airport Car Service Transportation to Waikiki & Kahala

I used this to transfer from the airport to my hotel in Honolulu. I paid an additional fee for meet and greet and it was worth it. We were met at baggage claim and whisked to our vehicle waiting at the second island not too far away. We were in the vehicle and on our way in less than five minutes. Definitely a great hassle free experience

私たちは行きも帰りもこのサービスを利用したのですが、同じ青年が送迎をしてくれました。とても感じよく、さわやかな青年で、安全運転でした。
車内も広く清潔で快適でした。
以前パリに行ったとき、スーツケースを持って鉄道に乗るのは不便な上に、車内の雰囲気が少し物騒だった記憶があり、テロ後は空港ー市内の鉄道はより治安が悪化しているという情報を見て、送迎をお願いしました。
お値段は鉄道に比べると高いですが、安全と快適さを買って良かったです。

帰国便が早朝で電車が動いていないため利用しました。他の利用者はいなかったため独占でした。ホテルに３：３０ピックアップでしたが、３：４５になっても来ないため電話したところあと５分位で着くとのことなので待っていましたが到着したのは４：００過ぎでした。電話した時寝起きのような声だったので電話で起きたという印象でした。運転もスピードの出し過ぎでこわかったです。次回ロンドンに行く際は利用しません。

時間通りに来てくれたので、あんしんできます。ベンツで来てくれました。運転も上手くて、寝れます。
ただし前日に行うリコンファームは英語が早口なので、ちょっと大変です。

成田から搭乗、ゲートから離れたところで空港混雑により離陸まで小一時間待たされた。結果ドライバーとの待ち合わせ時間に約三十分遅れたが、きちんと待っていてくれて安心した。このようなサービスは各国の主要空港にあっても高いことが多いが、価格、サービスとも満点で、またぜひ利用したい。

My flight arrived 15 minutes early, was met by greeter and kept up to date on location of shuttle.

Shuttle bus was spotless, cool and comfortable.

ユーロディズニーの送迎車と同じドライバーの方が来てくれました。若干新米さんですが、安産運転で走ってくれてよかったです。荷物の多いグループや家族連れの方にお勧めです！

シャルルドゴール空港への到着が予定より相当早かったので、ピックアップのドライバーさんは出口にいないだろうと思っていましたが、ちゃんとネームサインボードを持って待っていてくれました。ホテルへもスムーズに到着し、大変満足でした。お勧めの送迎です。

予定到着時刻より３０分早く着き、入国審査・荷物受け取りもスムーズに終わったので、集合時間より３０分も早く出たのですが、すでに待っていてくれ、嬉しかったです。特に会話もなかったのですが、夫が少し頭をおさえたときに、運転席から見えたのか、「大丈夫か」と声をかけてくれ優しさを感じましたし、車までスーツケースを持ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。他の交通機関と比べると、チャーターですし高くなりますが、安全安心を買うと思えば高くないと思いました。

２月のロンドンだったので、ヒースローExpressや地下鉄を利用するより、ホテル前までとのことだったので、申し込んだが、酷すぎる。
まず、事前の時間に来ない。
ヒースロー空港着便の時間は事前に分かっているはず。　
また、ホテルからの場合でも、15分経っても来ないので、連絡したこれから５分待てといわれたが、結局きたのは、２５分（電話連絡後、１０分）であった。　多少の余裕をみて迎えの時間を指定していたので、良かったが、それでもなかなか来ないので、「イライラ」だった。
米国でも シャトル便を使っているので、初めて使ったが、もう２度と使う気はない。
会社的な組織を感じられず、個人が適当にやっている気がした。　往復とも 混載でなく、我々（２名）であった。
選択したことを非常に公開している。

特に問題もなくスムーズに空港からホテルに着くことができました。しかしイミグレーションが混んでいた場合、90分では出てこれない可能性もあるため、90分経ったらキャンセルになるという契約は考え直した方が良いと思いました。

前日に電話（英語）で確認するのを忘れていて１時間前に電話して留守電だったので焦りましたが、３０分ぐらい早く迎えに来ていただきほっとしました。（前日に向こうから確認の電話があると助かります。）雨水が高速道路に溜まっていてひやりとしました。最も中央寄りの車線は危険です。

体験談にあるように、乗車してからもチケットは中で購入できます。ですが今回は初めてのドイツだったので、事前購入して良かったです。20分に1回バスが来るので便利でした。

The next best thing to have your sweetheart meeting you at the Kona airport is to arrange Veltra to do the job. They use the services of Roberts Hawaii, a well respected transportation company on the island. A charming young lady waits for you with a placard showing your name in big bold letters (no need to dig for your glasses), walks you to the baggage carrousel, helps you with your bags and leads you to the van, where a cheerful driver whisks you away directly to your destination (in my case: Keauhou). Pleasant conversation, safe driving, and at your condo diestination, the driver helps drop the bags inside your door. That team earned the good tip they got! If no family member is able to get me at the airport, I would use no one else but Veltra.

帰りのホテルから空港までは予定時間よりも早くお迎えに来て下さりました。
平日だったのですが道が込んでましたが、焦る事もなくスムーズむに空港に到着できました♪
ドライバーさんも紳士な方で満足でした^^
