After a very nice spring break trip for my daughter and her friend, we took a limo back to the airport. It was a great experience and the driver was on time and pleasant.

Private Stretch Limousine Airport Car Service Transportation to Waikiki & Kahala

Very Fun!

I rented a Limo for my daughter and her friend (and myself of course). They had a blast playing with the lights and listening to their music. It made the long ride enjoyable. The driver was very helpful.

The ride was a great experience for my Husband and I. The driver was very helpful and courteous. Our plan was a little late and the driver waited and made sure he found us. The car was clean and we arrive promptly to our hotel.

元日に帰国

4度目の利用です。早朝のため今回も混載シャトルは私一人でした。6時半のフライトなので4時間前の2時半にホテルに迎えに来ます。元日で新年を祝う人が多く、交通量は多くなるのですが、3時15分にヒースローに到着してしまいました。T2の場合、手荷物検査場は5時前にしか開かず、Tax Refundは5時に開きます。ただ、ターミナルの左右の奥にあるレストランとコスタは開いていますし、たくさんの人が待っているので、その時間でも全く危険ではありません。地下鉄が動いていましたが、乗る勇気はありませんでした。

ドライバーがとても良かった

行きのドライバーが態度悪くて期待せずに乗った。帰りのドライバーは行きと同じアフリカ系のドライバーだったが、ロンドン市内のいたるところの逸話や目の付け所を話してくれ、質問にもすらすら答えてくれホントに良く勉強していた。空港に到着しても細かに内部案内と搭乗手続きを手短かつ正確に教えてくれて大感謝。搭乗したのは10月４日。残念ながら渡してくれたメールアドレスが見つからなくて氏名が分からないが、出来る事ならロンドン再訪の折には指名できるなら指名したいものだ。

豪華な車でした！

　ホテルのフロントの前で待っていると、時間ちょうどにドライバーさんから声をかけられ、スーツケースを持っていただいて車まで行きました。車はベンツの大型車！　その車に2人だけでゆったり空港まで・・空港に到着するとエレベーターまで、またスーツケースを持ってくれて、出発階のボタンを押すところまでやってくれました。安心して帰宅の途につくことができ感謝です。

大人数なら割安だと思います

ホテル⇒空港で利用しました。
友人との旅行で人数が多く、スーツケースを持ってメトロ乗り継ぎするのも大変だし、タクシーも２台になっちゃうし、ということでこちらにお世話になりました。
空港まであっという間でした。少し早めに到着してしまうので、空港での時間潰しが必要なのが難点ですね。

あと、日本と比べると、スピードが早くちょっと運転が粗いかも……

Great Transportation Option!!

We had a fantastic experience using Roberts Hawaii. The driver showed up early and was very polite and professional. We were staying at the Hilton Kings Land and used the shuttle to get to the airport, it was so quick and easy. Next time in Kona we will use Roberts!

Speedi Shuttle Kona Airport Transportation Service

Great Service provided by VELTRA reservations and SPEEDI SHUTTLE

This is a MAHALO (Thank You) to VELTRA who made a reservation change of a departure point. Mahalo also to a previous Speedi Shuttle driver who gave me information when I was on a previous departure. The reservation approval only took a few hours after I requested it but it enabled me to relax and enjoy the few days of my stay knowing there would be a reliable departure pick up by Speedi. The driver was on time. I am being very spoiled by Speedi.

Visitors and I were greated by driver Brandon. He was friendly and personable and gave visitors bits of island information and pointed out shopping areas and multi cultural restaurants along the route. Since my stop was the last, he and I (local Oahu but frequent visitor) talked about the Big Island local restaurants. Friendly drivers are assets to any company.

安心安全、大変楽でした。

帰国便で利用しました。足を怪我しての旅行であるため松葉杖つき、子供連れだったので大変助かりました。指定された時間にホテルロビーで待っていると名前が表記されたカードを持った現地ドライバーが迎えに来てくれて、荷物も車に入れてくれました。混載車で途中別のホテルで２名ピックアップしましたが、特に問題なくスムーズに空港に到着できて、利用してよかったと思います。ロンドンの道は石畳みで、坂道もあり、また鉄道の駅は階段。足が不自由だとかなり厳しいと痛感したので、ピックアップ事前予約は大正解でした。ちょっと面倒だった点は利用前日に現地の会社に電話でリコンファームを英語でしなければいけなかったこと。でもまた利用します。

空港で一時間程度待たされました。ピックアップサービスは、航空機が到着時にはすでにドライバーが到着ロビーに待機してくれているものかと思っていたので少しがっかりでした。催行会社に電話した際にかかった国際電話料金が勿体無かったです。

クリスマスに帰国しないとならず、英語もしゃべれないので一人で利用。
混載と書いてあったけれど、空港まで一人でした。
乗るときにも紙で名前を確認してくれ、車内でフライとも確認してくれました。
少し運転は荒っぽいけれど、プラスのチップも要求なく車内で余計に話しかけられもせず快適でした。

The agent was waiting for me at baggage and brought me out to the van. We went to another terminal and our driver was ever thoughtful and giving a bit of Hawaiian history!
Great ride, clean buses. Looking forward to using them again!

初めてのLondon一人旅で空港混載車を予約しました。不安の中到着ロビーに出ると迎えのパネルを持った人達が沢山いました。その中からパネルを探すのが大変でした。会社の名前を探してと書いてあったので必死に探しても見つからず。私の個人名をipadに表示していました。空港からホテル迄の道は大渋滞でしたが、ホテル前迄連れて行ってくれて良かったです。

日本から予約して行きました。
帰国日前日の夜テレビのニュースでストライキの言葉を聞きホテルのフロントに確認すると市内の電車は大丈夫と。
急にストライキもあるんだと、混載車で安いし。
空港迄は渋滞するのでピックアップ予定より30分も早くホテルに来てくれて早めに空港に到着できてよかったです。

ホテルから空港までの帰路で利用しました。
朝早かったので&ドライバーさんの当たり外れが怖かったので申し込んだのですが、正解でした。

チェックアウトのため早めにロビーに着き、手続きを着ていたところドライバーさんも到着。
車はベンツでした。

早朝ということもあり、20分ほどで空港に到着。

丁寧な英語で、チェックインカウンターの場所も教えていただけて心強かったです。

なかなか来ない…

ロビー到着後40分ほど待っても来ないので電話するとあと10分で着くとのことでした。ですが実際に会えたのはその3，40分後でした。夜遅い到着だったのですが会えるのか不安で疲れてしまいました。また、事前にホテルの場所を知らせておいたのにもかかわらず、ドライバーがその場で一からホテルの場所を調べており、何のために事前に知らせたのか…と思ってしまいました。ドライバーの感じはよかったです。

帰りは1人でしたので、往復送迎を頼まず個別に頼みました。
ドライバーさんが行きと同じ方で、とても安心しました。
道路も比較的空いていて、早くつきましたらが空港でゆっくりできたので良かったです。

ロビーにいなかった…

一人で使いましたが、ロビーに到着時、ドライバーの姿が見えずめちゃくちゃ探しました。おそらく同乗者を迎えにいっちゃってたんだと思います。同じ会社の別ドライバーを発見し、連絡してもらい合流できましたが、慣れない土地でハプニングが起こると落ち着かないですよね。
ヒースローなんて入国審査込むんだから、そこのところ計算して待ってて欲しい…と、言いたいところですが、向こうの人の感覚ですから気にしたら負けです。
とりあえず、安いので使ってみる価値はあります。いなかった時に備えて、問合せ用の英文を用意しておいた方が安心かもしれません。

メールが来るときいていましたが、来ませんでした。なので電話をし、簡単な英語でリコンファームを実施（そんなに難しくないです）。ピックアップの時間通りに迎えが来ました。貸切状態だったせいかもしれませんが、同乗者がいる場合は多少遅れることを念頭にいれておいてください。本当に迎えが来るか不安なら、万が一の手段も考えておいた方が無難です

今年からシャルルドゴールからパリ市内までのタクシー料金が一律になり、空港からパリ市内にはタクシーに乗車しています。
帰りはタクシーをホテルまで呼んだりするのにプラス料金がかかるようなので、あまり差がないので、ポイントが貯まりしっかり対応して頂けるこちらにお願いしています。
時間より早く来てくださるし、荷物も持ってくださいます。
ありがたいです。
またお願い致します。
