今回も空港まで利用しました。やはり安心です。

今回、アポイントの関係で、ピックアップ時間を変更したく記載されているところに電話をしたのですが、つながらず、結局ホテルのコンシェルにお願いし、変更して頂きました。記載している電話番号は違うのでしょうか、2日間かけたのですが、つながらず、困りました。この件をベルトラに問合せしても、”変更の連絡は受けていませんので日にちを改めて電話してください”、とのメール連絡のみでした。記載されている通りに電話したのですが、なぜつながらなかったのか、いまだに不明です。

空港⇒ホテルのときは待ち合わせ時間より１５分ほど遅れてドライバーの方がいらしたので不安でしたが、ホテル⇒空港のときは待ち合わせ時間より１０分も前にいらしていただきました。空港まで渋滞でしたが、それ以外は問題なく送っていただくことができました。

Requested pick up time not honored

My fight departure was 11:50pm, so I requested to be picked up at 9:45pm. However, upon confirmation I was notified the pickup time would be 7:45pm (take or leave it with no refund.) The ride took about 30 minutes, so I was at the airport around 8:15pm and had to wait more than 3 hours before boarding. So no complains about the ride itself, but it would be nice if my requested pickup time would have been respected.

中央駅の真ん前で便利でした。
言葉がわからなくても、予約表を見せるだけでしたのでストレスもなく乗り込めました。
途中何ヶ所か止まりほぼ満席になりましたが、
ミュンヘン駅は始発ですから好きな座席に座れました。

前日の、事前確認の電話をうっかり忘れたまま
待ち合わせ場所で恐る恐る待っていましたが、約束のちょっと前に颯爽と車が到着。
お互い確認して、すぐに荷物を運んでいただき、空港まで。
ラグジュアリーな車ですぐに空港まで着き、やっぱりお願いして良かったです。
2度目の利用ですが、また絶対お願いしたいと思います！

From the welcome at the airport to the shuttle, the service was AMAZING, truly aloha and warm. The price is so reasonable. It's simply a wonderful group - a great company. Shuttle is comfortable, clean. I highly recommend Roberts Hawaii

家族４人の旅行だったので、タクシー２台使うより割安で安心感がありました。
出発１０分前にはロビーでちゃんと待っていてくれましたので、何の問題もありませんでした。
ターミナルの確認をロビーでされたのですが、こちらもあわてましたので、事前メールで記入できるようにしておいていただけると、こちらもあわてずに済むと思います。
空港到着してから気づいたのですが、特典と書いていた「免税店10％割引券」はドライバーさんからもらえませんでした。忘れていたのかなぁ…

宿からロンドン空港まで
運転手さんは、30分前に到着されました。
早く来られたので、こちらは準備出来てないため、少し待ってもらいました。
快く待ってもらったりして、助かりました。
途中、空調は大丈夫かと聞いてくれたりして、好感がもてました。

ホテルではない住宅街だったので、正直わかりにくいし10分ぐらいは遅れてきても仕方がないと思っていたら、５分前に来て下さいました。ただ、アパートのエントランスで待っていて、部屋まで荷物を取りに来てくれませんでした。
私の後にもう１人同乗者がいましたが、空港には出発３時間前に着けました。ピックアップの時間は早めに設定されていて、時間には正確だったのでとてもよかったです。

ケンジントンのホテルにピックアップして貰いヒースローまで行きました。フライトの便名、時間を事前に報告をしてからピックアップの時間が決められてメールにて送られました。フライトの時間は午前8時55分発でした。
ピックアップ時間は早朝4時50分でした。ドライバーは時間通りに来ました。先約が2名既に乗車しておりましたが私で最後の乗車客との事でヒースロー空港に直行しました。空港には5時10分に到着。約4時間の時間潰しがもったいなかったです。

疲れた状態には安心便利

海外に行く場合、自宅が地方で現地まで20〜24時間近くかかる移動が多く、疲れているため到着時の送迎は良く利用します。ネームカードを持って空港内で迎えがあるのは、到着時の疲れた状態には非常に助かります。タクシーよりは少し割高ですが、ベンツで車のクラスは上であり、品の良い運転手さんで良かったと思います。今の料金のままであれば、機会があれば次回も利用したいサービスです。

利用したのは、12月25日。ロンドンの公共交通機関がすべてストップする日です。
到着ロビーにつくと、私の名前を書いた札を持ったドライバーが待っていたので、すぐにわかりました。また、飛行機の到着も40分ほど遅れたのですが、問題ありませんでした。
同じ便に乗ってきたドイツ人女性と同乗して、タクシーに乗り込み、滞りなく、ホテルまで届けてくれました。
ドライバーもいい方で、翌日のボクシングデーのショッピングでお勧めのお店や開店時間などを教えてくれました。

Best shuttle on the Island

This was my second time using Roberts and this one was to go to the Airport.
They were on time, actually early. Smooth ride into airport, and seemed like I was there in no time! The driver had a water for me. Took my luggage immediately to make me comfortable. Will use again when I am on the Big Island

ドライバーが中々来なかったので困った

混載シャトルで他のお客様を待つのは仕方ないが、私が外に出て40分経ってもドライバーが来ず、仕方なく自分の携帯で電話をして、10分後にやっと現れたのにはガッカリだった。ドライバーの言い分としては入国審査に時間がかかると思ったとのことだったが、私は航空会社の会員だったのでファストパスがあり、スムーズに出られたこともあり、喜んでいたのにロビーで大荷物を持ってドライバーを探して40分もウロウロする羽目になり、どっと疲れた。しかも日本の携帯電話で電話をする羽目になり、電話代もどれほど請求が来るのか不安である。電話に出た相手も予約がわかっているのかいないのかとりあえず10分待てと言われて待つ羽目になった。
ドライバー自体はフレンドリーで車もベンツのセダンでクリスマスイブで道も空いていて、それだけが救いだった。

夜に到着だったので申し込みました。チップのことも気にすることなくお願いできたのも良かったです。車の中でWifiの設定したり、荷物を整理したりできました。コンビニがない地域だったから聞かなかったけど、寄り道してもらえるか聞いてみたら良かったかな。ホテルに着いたらお腹がすいて困ったから。
