Kona Airport Shuttle Transportation (KOA) by Roberts Hawaii [Open Now]

I had to wait at both Kona and Maui airports. Over an hour at Maui.

Bus driver on Maui was very nice and asked for forgiveness. She was sweet and informative. Kona gentlemen was nice also. Just late.

ミュンヘンの空港でシャトル乗り場へ向かい、出口でて横断歩道を渡ったらすぐです。バウチャーを渡すとドライバーさんもすぐわかってくださり往復だと復路分のレシートをくれます。終点がミュンヘン中央駅で目の前にトラム乗り場があります。往復ともにドライバーさんも親切で便も多いのでとても便利です。また次回も使いたいです。

ピックアップ時刻よりも10分遅れての迎えでした。が、ドライバーからは、遅れる旨の電話がホテル宛に事前に入っていたので、不安にはなりませんでした。そして、迎えが遅れた割には、市内から空港まで短時間（30分程度）で到着し（もちろん安全運転）、搭乗機のチェックイン開始時刻まで充分に余裕がありました。

待ち合わせ場所に到着するとすでに迎えの方が待っていてくださいました。その時の道路の混雑状況により、空港から市内に入るルートは違うようですが、今回はエッフェル塔の足元を通過し、ちょっとした観光気分が味わえました。また、混載車のように他の方のホテルを巡回しながらの送迎ではないので、移動時の疲れがないところもお薦めする理由です。

There was someone waiting for me with a sign when I left the secured area. Told me what/who to look for after picking up my luggage. So glad to have a driver to West Maui, because I was tired after a long flight, and it was raining that night, making visibility a little harder for those who don't know the roads as well. Was safely delivered to my hotel, none the worse for wear!

バルセロナ空港では待ち合わせ場所に戸惑いましたが、妻がドライバーをイケ男だと喜んでいました。到着時は雨が降っておりましたが親切丁寧な対応をしていただきました。次回があったらまた利用します。
なお、ベンツＥクラスでしたが大型バック2個ギリギリでした。大人３名中型バックはきついので注意が必要です。
帰りは待ち合わせの30分前にはホテルに到着していたので安心して利用できます。

At the airport there was no signage or staff to direct me to the pickup area. Once I found it with crossing guard help, the driver didn't recognize the printed confirmation voucher. Once on the van the driver was very good. I would hesitate taking them again.

Such a pleasant surprise regarding shuttle service from Konami Airport to Hapuna Beach Prince resort.

After a long Trans -pacific flight, arriving at an airport undergoing renovations and expansions, what a treat it was to be greated by a smiling, beautiful woman with a placard listing my name, to escort us to our resort on the Kohala coast of Hawaii. She graciously welcomed us (complete with she'll leis), and a spirit of "Aloha ". The van was clean and cool, with a very courteous and professional driver. My traveling companion left his cell phone by mistake, and the dispatch folks were so understanding, and had his phone returned back to the Resort within the hour. I highly recommend this service.

価格は安くてよかったのですが、行きの航空機がフランクフルトに着いてしまいそこからバス移動になったので往路のチケットが使えませんでした。片道ずつ購入したほうがよかったのかもしれません。

乗り場もすぐわかり、時間も正確に到着するため、とても便利です。
スーツケースも荷台に積んでもらえます。
ミュンヘン中央駅の始発は5：15で45分くらいかかるため、飛行機の時間がとても早い人はご注意ください。

いつも時間より早めに来てくださっていたのに遅れたので、大変不安になりました。待ち合わせのホテルを出て外を確認すると、三件ほど隣のビルの前でキョロキョロしている方発見し、スーツケースを置いたままドライバーさんらしき方に確認に行きました。案の定、その方が間違えていました。結果的には、ことなきを得ましたが、すこしがっかりです

Great personal customer service on all levels..........from the Roberts of Hawaii agent who greeted us with shell leis and directed us to luggage area, to the Roberts of Hawaii desk personnel, bellman who loaded luggage into their van, to van driver. Only 2 stops before ours to drop off other customers at their hotels. The entire experience was professional, efficient, pleasant and easy. Thank you Veltra! We will definitely utilize your service for future visits to Maui.

早い時間から空港の出口でドライバーの方は待っていて、私たちがやや早めに到着したにもかかわらず、すぐに対応していただいた。きれいな乗用車で、座席には二人分の水も用意されていて、助かりました。また利用したいです。

長時間フライトで到着時間が夕方以降の場合、空港→滞在先への移動は
事前にお願いすることが多いので、今回もお願いしました。積雪でパリの交通が混乱し、市内→空港の送りがあり、遅れたとの説明がありましたが、
ipadを持ったドライバーが登場されるまで、20分弱、少々不安でした。（他社の出迎えはスタンバイされていたので、余計、そう思いました）　10分すぎてもドライバーが見当たらない場合は電話連絡をとありましたので、電話しようとした時にいらしゃった次第です。費用の問題はあるでしょうが、交通混乱の折には、空港に連絡係（ドライバーとはは別に）等ディスパッチャーがいらっしゃれば安心だと感じました。日本人的な発想かもしれませんが・・。今まで欧州・米国で空港迎えをお願いした折に、そういった方がいらっしゃり、事情がわかり、落ち着いて待たせていただいたことがあるので、ご参考までに。

時間通りにホテル前に迎えに来て頂きました。パリ市内は若干道路が混んでいましたが、高速に入ってCDGまではすぐに着きました。車も非常にきれいで2人には広すぎるくらいの大きさでした。

旅行最終日、バルセロナ市内のホテルから空港へ片道だけ利用しました。
フライトの4日前、バウチャーがメールで届きました。
バウチャーには、ホテルピックアップの時間がフライトの時間と同時刻となっており、このままだとフライトに間に合わない！と焦りました。(飛行機出発時刻にホテル迎えに来るって、、)

帰国の4日前だったので電話連絡しようとしましたが、ベルトラの緊急電話連絡先はなく(記載がないわけではありません。この会社、日本語通じる電話の連絡先がないんです)、メールをしましたがフライト前日になっても返信がありませんでした。

緊急連絡先として現地ツアー会社？の連絡先の電話番号を見つけたので、自分で電話することになりました。(英語での対応のみ可能です。ベルトラの連絡先ではなさそうです。)

なんとか自分で時間を変更でき、帰国することができました。
せっかく楽しい旅行だったのに、最後にすごく嫌な思いをしてしまいました。
(行きと同じ会社を使えばよかったと後悔)

そして、帰国してからもベルトラからの謝罪連絡はありません。
メールの返信もありません。

この送迎オプショナルツアーの感想を書いて下さい！
というメールだけが届きました。

ベルトラの手配ミスなのに、結局自分で変更連絡、手配、、
なんのためにベルトラに金額を払ったのかわかりません。
最悪な会社、最悪なサービスです。
自分で手配したほうがマシです。

飛行機の遅れ

ミュンヘン到着が2時間遅れて空港発の
最終バスに間に合いませんでした。
中央駅から空港は予定通りの時間にスムーズに到着しました。
車内も快適でした。
到着予定時刻が20時以降の便を利用される場合は
お気をつけください。
ミュンヘンは入国審査も意外に厳しく時間がかかりました。
