深夜着の飛行機でしたが、お陰でスムーズにホテルまで移動出来ました。ベンツで室内は綺麗、ペットボトルの水が用意してありました。大変丁寧で安心できるサービスでした。

Speedi Shuttle Kona Airport Transportation Service

Easy shuttle service & nice driver but...

Shuttle service was great with a friendly knowledgeable driver but they forgot about our Lei greeting, which was a huge disappointment, something you dream of when landing in Hawaii. The order for shuttle service lists the Lei order too, how do you just forget that part?

パリ、シャルルドゴール空港へ早朝着でしたので、公共交通機関もほぼなく、混載シャトルもこの時間帯は早朝割増料金なのでお得感ゼロ。
迷うことなく貸切をお願いしました。
道の渋滞もなくとても快適でした。

Waiting too long

The Driver parked a long way from the terminal pick-up point, and although he collected me okay, I had to wait over 30 minutes in the steamy Manila car-park until he arrived, and even then we had to walk a further 100 metres to his vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your pick up.
First of all, we are sincerely sorry for the bad experience that you got with our service.
And after checking the situation with driver on that day, I can reply the situation:
Our drivers always parks cars on car parking area as they are not allowed to park at drive way or near exit gate of arrival hall at terminal 3. The car parking area is a little bit 200m far from meeting point where our driver waited for you.
And at Manila airport from 17 to 20 pm, it is busy hours so traffic at airport is extremely bad, that's the reason for keeping you waiting after he met you at arrival hall on that day.
We also don't want the situation happen to our customers. So we do hope you can understand and sympathize us the situation with my explanation

確実な迎え、イケメン運転手で最高でした。

グループ7名で利用。
バスサイズもぴったりでコストパフォーマンス良かったです。

バスは時間通りにぴったりホテルに来ていただきました。
少し朝のラッシュに当たりましたが、慎重且つ迅速に運転していただき、
予定時間より少し早く、空港に到着できました。
この日はバルセロナ空港のコンピューターの調子が悪くチェックイン等に
時間が大いにかかりましたが、早く到着していて助かりました。
最終的にほとんどの航空便が遅れておりました。

ドライバーの方は若い男性でしたが、慎重且つ迅速に運転していただきました。またイケメンの方でしたので参加者の女性連中に大人気でした。
しばらくその話題で盛り上がり、旅行が更に華やかになりました。

空港からホテルまで利用しました。初めてのパリということで利用しましたが大正解でした。到着出口に名前のカードを持った運転手が立っており、母の荷物を持ってくれました。駐車場は近く3区のホテルまで30分くらいで到着したかと思います。予約が日本語のこのサイトで出来るため、初めてのパリ旅行の方は事前に予約する事をお勧めします。

ドライバーが、英語以外の言葉で空港からホテルまで電話で話し続けてうるさかった。聞いたことの返事もなかった。聞こえていなかったのか？
こちらも重要でなく今どの辺りか？くらいの質問、かなりくるくるとメインでない道を走っていたので。ロンドンもなんども来ています。
何度も送迎は利用させてもらっています。
大抵、ドライバーさんはもっと親切です。
当方英語は日常会話に不自由はありません。

黄色のジャケット・パリの土日の交通規制には気を付けて

帰国便に乗るため、ホテルで迎えの車を待っていたが、約束の時間に前面道路が、デモの為に土日は閉鎖されるらしく、時間少し前にそれに気が付き、コンシエルジェに迎えのドライバーさんに連絡を取って貰って、ポーターに一般道を荷台で迎えの車が入れる所まで運んで貰った。日本で予約を取った時に２０時パリ発を１６時パリ市内のホテル迎えになっていたので、早すぎると思ったが、ベルトラさんの時間設定が正しかった事を痛感した。ホテルも１区のパラスだったので、上記の様なコンセルジェの働きが受けられたと思う。

ミュンヘン空港のルフトハンザ航空が使用しているターミナル2からの乗車でミュンヘ駅まで利用しました。
預けあった手荷物を受け取り空港内へ入り、BUSの表示にしたがい右にまっすぐ進んで、突き当たりの出口をでたら白のボディに黄色のくの字柄のバスが待っています。
運転手さんにバウチャーを渡せばスーツケースをトランクに入れてもらえ、すぐさま乗車できます。
ミュンヘン駅までは40分くらいかかるので、空港内でスタバでも購入して持ち込むと、車内でより快適に過ごせます。

パリに行くときはいつも利用しています。ピックアップは問題なかったのですが、今回のドライバーは、スマホをちらちら横目で見ながらの運転で、アルバイト？と思ってしまうほど、運転手らしくなかったです。会社の応対やこれまでに何度も利用して送迎していただいたドライバーの方々はきちんとしていただけに、残念です。

ビジネスクラスなので、早く、出口に着いたのですが、予定時間になっても、ドライバーが来ず、電話をしなければならず、余分な費用が発生しました

ドライバーは、手違いで遅れたようで、ホテルに着くまでに通りかかった名所の名前など教えてくれフレンドリーでした。

ビジネスクラス利用者かどうかを受け付け時、聞いてくださると、ドライバーも早めに来れるし、お互い、ムダな時間が無くなる思います

到着時はホテルに依頼しタクシーを利用しましたが、料金が高かった為、帰りはこちらを利用しました。初めての利用で不安も有りましたが、時間前には到着していて車種はベンツのセダンでした。ミネラルウォーターのサービスもあり断然お得でした。

オペラ座の近くのホテルから、寄り道としてエッフェル塔の近くを通って欲しいとリクエストしましたが、なんと、空港に着いたら50ユーロ請求されました。元々規定として85ユーロ払っているのに・・・。
ちなみに日曜日で道は空いていましたが・・・。
そして、荷物も１つ下ろし忘れていて、すぐに電話をし持ってきてもらいました。
いちをチップを用意して5ユーロ渡しましたが、メルシーの一言もない。
こちらが、最後荷物のチェックをしない私たちが悪いのか？
今後、使いたくないが、使わざるを得ない感じです。
もし、同料金で他の会社があったら他を使います。

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You asked our driver to go trought eiffel tower and the price was announced before the extra service.

Every last minute service is extra surcharge especially when in not on the way.

Regarding the bag, it was hidden between the seats and when you called us, our was already with an other client but he still kindly came to give it to you and he was in rush as the other client was already on board.

Thank you for the tips but if the service did not satisfy you, you did not have to tip the driver.

口コミを見てバウチャーをプリントアウトしておいたので、問題無く乗れました。道は混んでいて45分以上かかったので、時間には余裕をもって行った方がいいと思います。

シャルルドゴール空港〜パリ市内の行き帰りともにお願いしました。
行きは、飛行機到着が遅れてどうなることかと思いましたが、ちゃんと名前の書かれたiPadをかざして待っていてくれました。また、乗車中も「寒くないか」とか、「ホテルまでの到着予定時間」などをドライバーさん自ら教えてくれました。
帰りは、ドライバーさんが「渋滞のためピックアップ時間が遅れる」と、ホテルへ電話で伝えてくれていました。そのため不安になることもなく待つことができました。
帰りのピックアップは飛行機出発の４時間前…早すぎるのでは？と思いましたが、ピックアップが遅れ、乗車中も渋滞でなかなか進まず…ということを考えると、４時間前というのは妥当だと分かりました。
行き帰りともにドライバーさんはスーツを着こなしてしっかりした佇まいでしたし、車も大きめで快適でした。
また行くことがあれば利用します！ありがとうございました！

まず結果的に、ドライバーさんが非常に紳士的で安心して乗ることができました。
待ち合わせのカフェがチェーン店だったらしく、私たちがターミナル間を言ったりきたり、ドライバーさんを待ちぼうけにさせてしまうという出来事が。
しかしいやな顔もせず、非常に紳士的な方で運転も丁寧でした。今回親も連れて行ったため、スリなどいろんな気を遣わないといけない＆フライトで疲れた身体には正解でした。
