始めてのロンドンだったので、ロンドンに住む友人からこのベルトラのサイトを教えてもらいヒースローからの空港送迎を予約しました。フライトスケジュールを見てる筈なのに、飛行機が予定時刻より早く到着したせいかドライバーの人が待機してませんでした。少し待っても来ないので、予約した時にもらった連絡先に電話（無料）をしたら、割とすぐ来てくれました。混載車で予約したのに、他の乗客はいなく私達２人だけのプライベート送迎（ベンツでの）でした！無口な運転手さんでしたが、お薦めのレストランを聞いたら、丁寧にスマホで住所を調べてくれました。今年の夏にまたロンドンへ行く時は利用したいと思います。

宿泊場所が通常のホテルではなく、アパルトマンへの迎えをお願いしていたため、場所を間違えずに迎えに来ていただけるか不安だったので、待ち合わせ時刻の３０分前から建物前で待っていました。すると、数分もしないうちに運転手の方が現れ、無事に会うことができました。トランクの上げ下ろしも行っていただきました。
空港での別れ際、非常にビジネスライクにその場を立ち去られたのが、ちょっと寂しかったですが（笑）　ということで☆４つにしました。
同様の機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

安心、安全に空港とホテルを移動できます。

ミュンヘン空港のターミナル１に到着。空港出口を直進すると道路を渡ると一般のバス停がありますから、そのバス停沿いに右に８０メートル行くと”Ｈ”を丸で囲んだドイツのバス停の表示のしたに"Lufthansa Airport Bus"と明記してありますから、これがシャトルバスです。往復券はRound Trip:ラウンド・トリップと言って買いましょう。往路は、中央駅の北側から毎分２０分毎に出発していますが、出獄手続きに時間が思ったよりかかりますから、２時間前までに空港に着くようにすることをお勧めします。空港ターミナルも第一ターミナルもＡホールからＤホールまであり空港内を８００メートル近く歩くことになりますから、時間に余裕をもって行動することをお勧めします。

迎えの所で、とても人が多く、なかなか見つける事ができなかった！
会社毎にコーナー化でもされた方がスムーズだと思います！
ホテルは地下鉄の乗り入れがある場所でしたが、
重量のキャリーだったので、やはり手配していて正解！　
帰りのユーロスター出発駅も、現地でやはりタクシー手配をしましたが、
荷物の多い方には、ロンドンの地下鉄は階段が多いので、タクシー手配は必須うです！

When we arrived at the Honolulu Airport, we were welcomed by a friendly greeter and our leis we had pre-purchased. We were soon escorted to our beautiful white limo and waited a few minutes for our luggage to be loaded. The limo driver was informative and shared stories and interesting topics as he drove us to our hotel. I would recommend VELTRA to anyone traveling to Hawaii.

地下鉄までスーツケースを運ばなくてよいので、
バス停まではすぐだし、楽チンでした。

2013年8月に利用しました。
事前に通告していたシャルルドゴールからのエールフランス便は定刻に到着しましたが、ドライバーは到着ロビーに現れず、30分間待たされました。それが減点理由です。到着が遅れたこと以外はドライバーの愛想もよく、問題ありませんでした。空港送迎サービスはしばしば利用し、また色々な業者を頼んでますがドライバーが遅れたことは今まで経験がなく、多少焦りました。

After flying all day from the UK to Honolulu, great to be met at exit from the air bridge by a smart guy holding my name. Took us directly to our driver who was waiting by the luggage carousel. In no time we had our luggage and to us our black stretched limo. Excellent service, highly recommended !

Our driver arrived on time, loaded our luggage quickly, and moved our party of 5 along with luggage to the airport. Upon arrival the driver was very helpful with unloading and guiding us through the process of agriculture inspection and baggage check in. The experience was AWESOME!!!! We will use this service anytime we visit in the future. We are raving fans!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the absolute best way to get a large party from the airport to the hotel. The value is unbelievable! Our luggage was a little late and out driver was very patient. We had 5 people and lots of luggage. Somehow the driver found a way to fit all the luggage and a wheelchair. Awesome experience!!!!!!!

去る１５日、ホテルロビー9:30の約束でロビーで待っていたが、9:40になっても来ないのでフロントから会社に問い合わせて貰ったが、「時間に合わせてそちらに向かっている」との返事。
１０時前になってやっと来たが、運転手は隣のホテルで９時から待っていたと・・・・。
パリ市内を抜けるのに時間が掛かって冷や冷やしたが、何とかフライトに間に合った。
こんなことのない様におねがい。

We had my wife's mother with us and she has mobility issues as well we had a late departure time so it made life easy and our last day in our timeshare much more enjoyable knowing we had a car coming to take us to the airport. It made the going home as stress free as the entire trip.

飛行機が予定より少し早く到着したのと　ファストトラック利用で到着ゲートに出てくるのが早かったせいか　運転手さんがいなくて電話をしてしまいました。
まもなく到着し無事ホテルまで送迎いただきました。　６人乗りの車で　乗客は３組の夫婦。
ゆったりとはいきませんが、まあまあ快適でした。　運転手さんもスーツケースの扱いが丁寧でよかったです。

コストパフォーマンス抜群

大人５人とスーツケース６コ、折りたたみ式車椅子、他にリュックサックも大小合わせて４コありましたが、余裕でした。
待ち合わせ時間にホテルの外に出ると、既にドライヴァーさんは待っていて、特に親切というほどではありませんでしたが、過不足無い対応でした。
フランス在住の息子が同行したためフランス語でやり取りできましたが、ターミナルのことを確認されただけだったので、英語でも問題ないと思います。
リコンファームはホテルのスタッフが買って出てくれました。
ちょうどパリマラソンの日に当たってしまい心配していた中、モンパルナス近くのホテルを出て、ほどなくパリ市内を外れたためか渋滞もなく空港に辿り着きましたが、ターミナルに入る段になって混雑して結局１時間ほどかかりました。
高齢の両親がいて荷物が多かったために利用しましたが、これで7０ユーロは大変お得でした。

家族が来るということで、ﾎﾃﾙではなく私が住んでいるアパートメントを指定していました。
タクシーとは違い行き先をわかっている運転手、更に料金の心配がないという、乗ってしまえば送り届けてくれるという安心感が良かったそうです。

パリは、階段も多くメトロの地下鉄では治安も歩いため不安でした。帰りは、荷物の量がおおくなり（21kgでした）エスカレタ―のないので、頼んでおいてよかったと思いました。しかし、バスだと2000円ぐらいですが、8500円と高いのでもう少し安くなれば～と思うのが正直ですが、治安の悪いパリの現在では、いっぱい買い物をするなど予定している方はぜひ使った方がいいと思います。現地の日本人では、タクシーで1万円近くとられた～など、トランクに荷物を乗せるのにも加算するタクシーもあるので注意した方がいいですし、これでしたらそうした不安もないので楽でした。

待ち合わせより遅れてくるというのが当たり前とイメージを持っていましたが、かなり早めに来ていただき、空港まですんなり行けましたし、空港会社を確認し、離陸するターミナルに送迎していただきました(^O^)　
ただ、欲を言えば、かなり早めに来てもらったので、ピックアップ時間に遅れない程度に来てもらったらなおいいのかなと思いました。

Not only were they on time but they were waiting for my group in baggage claim with signage so we knew they were there for us. 到着口で

到着口で迎えの運転手さんを探してもなかなか見つからず、（たくさんの出迎えの人が名前を書いた紙を持ってたっていましたが、わたしの相手は見つかりませんでした。）５分くらい探しました。結局会社に電話したら、（英語なので話す自信がなく、なるべくなら自力で探したかったのですが）すぐそばで待機していたらしく、指定の場所まで2-3分で到着してくれました。
できればもっとわかりやすい場所でスタンバイしていてほしいです。
そのほかは、値段もお手頃だし、気さくな運転手さんだし、何の不満もありませんでした。

本当にサービスの良い会社です！

旅の終盤で子供が疲れていたので、早めに空港に行ってのんびりしたいと考え、前日に車の会社に連絡をして出発時間を1時間早めてもらいました。

出発時間を1時間早めてもらったにも関わらず、その時間の30分前には車が待機。早く空港に行きかったので、直ぐに出発してもらいました。ドライバーさんは3日前のディズニーランドからパリ市内の移動の時と同じ方で、その際に車内に忘れた息子のバックを持ってきてくれていました。このドライバーさんが忘れ物に気づいて、宿泊していたアパルトマンに届けに来てくれたのですが、私たちが出掛けていて渡せなかったとのこと。ご自宅で預かってくれて、この日に持ってきてくれました。本当に本当に感謝です！

結局もともとの時間の1時間半前に出発したのですが、夕方のパリ市内の帰宅渋滞と空港までの高速道路の事故渋滞に遭い、1時間半以上掛かってシャルル・ド・ゴール空港に到着しました。ドライバーさんも一般道に降りて渋滞を回避してくれたりと尽力してくれましたが、これがタクシー利用だったと思うと幾ら掛かっていたか...。パリの夕方の渋滞は想像以上ですので、早い時間に出発されることをお勧めします。
