- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 3 business days to 16:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 3 business days to 16:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Restrictions
- Guests must be at least 3 ft 6 in (110 cm) tall to participate in this activity. No one can do an activity where they are not tall enough to reach the top rope or cable while standing on the bottom rope or cable.
- Guests must be between 44.1 lbs (20 kg) and 265 lbs (120 kg) to participate in this activity.
- Guests who cannot properly fit in a harness cannot join the high course activities.
- Guests with medical issues that restrict them from joining certain activities may choose not to participate in select parts of the course.
Required items to bring & attire
- Closed toe shoes
- No mini skirts
- Clothing suitable for sport
- Fingerless gloves
