Restrictions
- Guests must be at least 88.2 lbs (40 kg) to participate in this activity.
- Guests with mobility issues are not permitted to participate in this activity. All guests must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway PT without any assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without assistance or use of a handrail.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests must be below 250 lbs (113 kg) to participate in this activity.

- Only luggage that you can personally carry is allowed
Other requirements
- Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
Additional notes
- If your child is under 40 kilograms, the local tour operator can arrange a Tuk Tuk to transport the child to each destination for a fee of 500THB to be paid on the day of the tour. Also, they can experience the Segway tour in a safe environment with a Safety Officer in control of the equipment for free.
- Please note that this tour is designed to see the city from the comfort and convenience of a Segway. Entries to museums and temples will be determined by your local guide if there is still time to go inside any attraction.
