- El Nido is chiefly part of a protected marine reserve. Please observe proper waste management and avoid removing sea shells.
- The lead traveler must present the E-ticket (activity provider voucher NOT VELTRA voucher) to the tour coordinator upon pick-up along with a valid identification card. Copies of ID or passport will not be accepted.
- Please call the activity provider the day before to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
