Korea DMZ and JSA Tours: From Division to Peace
The Korean DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) and JSA (Joint Security Area, also known as Panmunjom) tell the extraordinary story of a divided Korea. Join one of these specialized DMZ tours from Seoul and visit the historic remnants of the Korean War that echo tragedy and strife but also a hope for reunification and lasting peace. Book with VELTRA and get faster confirmation on your JSA tour with tour companies licensed by the United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission (UNCMAC).
The areas of DMZ and JSA can only be visited with an organized tour and must be booked in advance. Visit important DMZ locations such as the Imjingak Park, the Third Tunnel of Infiltration, Dora Observatory and Dorasan Station. JSA tours will take you to see the Freedom House and the Military Armistice Commission Conference Room where historic talks have recently taken place between North Korea and South Korea as well as the US.
NEW: Visit Cheorwon for a different perspective of the Korean Demilitarized Zone and explore the 2nd Infiltration Tunnel, Cheorwon Peace Observatory, Woljeong-ri Station and much more.
Please Note
In order to visit the JSA, you must book a DMZ and JSA tour combination. But due to ongoing talks between North Korea and South Korea, the JSA is subject to sudden closures by the United Nations Command (UNC). Alternatives and refunds will be offered to guests at the event of JSA cancellation. You may still explore other areas of the Korean demilitarized zone with Korea DMZ Tours.
