- A PDF voucher will be sent to you by e-mail once your booking has been confirmed. Please be sure to print out the voucher from the e-mail titled “Activity provider confirmation # has been issued”. If you print out the voucher immediately after the e-mail titled “Booking Confirmation” has been sent, the provider confirmation number may not be on the voucher.
- Show your printed voucher and passport at the Group Admission Counter at the South Gate of LOTTE WORLD for your 1-day Pass. Digital copies on your smart phone or tablet will not be accepted.
