- Guests with claustrophobia should not enter the Lava Tree Molds.
- Guests with back or knee problems will not be able to enter the deepest area in the Lava Tree Molds.

- If you are coming from Tokyo, booking for a round-trip bus ticket in advance is highly recommended. Seats for the evening buses from Mt. Fuji Station to Tokyo fills up quickly.
- Meals, drinks and personal expenses are not included in the tour fare.
- Participants are required to shoulder the transportation and lunch expense of the tour guide.
- This tour will not be available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
