The coach arrived late at the meeting spot due to a previous local errand. The tour guide lacked professionalism in providing clear instructions. Additionally, she sat facing the driver while introducing various destinat... moreions and routes, which meant that only her back was visible to the customers. However, the meeting point was well-defined and convenient.

Excellent tour by an excellent guide (Taiji Endo). Very knowledgeable, flexible and was great with the kids. Taiji also ensured we got to see the important sights and experience the key highlights. Highly recommended
