I wanted to see Japan's highest mountain, Mount Fuji, at least once, so I planned a bus tour this time. There were various tours available, but I participated in the one from VeLTRA, which had the best content.

The weekly weather forecast showed rain all week, so I had given up on seeing Mount Fuji. However, on the day of the tour, the weather changed from rain in the morning of October 30 to clear skies when we arrived. When we reached the fifth station, we were able to see the summit of Mount Fuji. That was the first miracle!

We then moved to the ropeway from the fifth station, where we could see the entire view of Mount Fuji again. That was the second miracle! Although it was cloudy during the sightseeing boat ride and we couldn't see Mount Fuji as in the photos, it was still a very enjoyable boat ride! That was the third miracle!

The guide for this bus tour, Hiro, was very clear, kind, and thorough in his guidance, making him the best guide! Lastly, that was the fourth miracle!

I’m really glad I participated in this wonderful Mount Fuji tour! I plan to use VeLTRA again if I have the opportunity! VeLTRA is the best!

色々なツアーがあったのですが内容がVeLTRAが
1番良く参加させて頂きました。
週間天気では、ずっと雨マークで富士山を見る事は諦めていました。当日、10/30朝の雨から到着時には天候が晴れ☀️に変わり五合目に着くと富士山の頂上まで見る事ができました。一つ目の奇跡！五合目からロープウェイに移動し、またそこの場所でも富士山の全景を見る事が出来ました。二つ目の奇跡！遊覧船では雲ってしまい
写真の様な富士山を見る事は出来なかったのですが、とても楽しい遊覧船でした！これが三つ目の奇跡！
今回のバスツアーのガイドさん【HIRO】さんも、わかりやすく、親切、丁寧にガイドして頂き、最高のガイドさんでした！最後に四つ目の奇跡！
いい事ばかりの富士山ツアーで本当に参加して良かったです！
また機会があれば利用しようと思ってます！

During our free time, I rode the Ferris wheel for the first time in a while. By the way, unlike what was mentioned in the tour description, the bus to and from the location was the same. I was frustrated because I couldn't find out whether the tour would proceed or be canceled until the last minute due to the typhoon. We decided to go anyway, but as expected, we couldn't see Mount Fuji, and the foreigners were disappointed. I thought it would have been better to cancel earlier. As for souvenirs, it would be nicer to give each participant something small instead of just one item for the whole group. I also used Veltra in Okinawa, and I feel like there were many disappointing things during that time as well.

I participated in a tour guided by a Chinese guide in English for the first time. The participants were more cooperative than I expected, and we were able to enjoy the trip smoothly without significant delays in departure or meeting times throughout the day. Although the participants were from different countries, everyone’s smiles left a strong impression. I truly think it was a comfortable tour.

As for the negative points, if the tour title is "Fifth Station of Mount Fuji" or "Mount Fuji Heritage Center," I personally think that if "Fifth Station of Mount Fuji" is written first, it should be the first destination we visit. The meeting place (somewhere in the building?) was hard to find. If it was this confusing, I would have liked to see a staff member arrive at least 30 minutes before the meeting time to help organize things. In fact, other tour staff members were already there.

The tour guide seemed to be Chinese and wasn't very proficient in languages other than Chinese. The English was also hard to understand (my daughter-in-law speaks English). What I found most disappointing was the lack of knowledge about Japan and the Japanese language. I participated with my daughter-in-law, who only speaks English and is from Canada, while I am a Japanese person who is okay with English.

The most unpleasant part was that the guide couldn't pronounce difficult words like Kegon Falls and Lake Chuzenji. They also couldn't explain Irohazaka (not understanding the meaning of "Iroha"). It was unfortunate that lunch was a vegetarian meal, but there was no explanation, so some participants were confused about whether there was meat in the meal (they didn't know what yuba was).

It's such a good tour, but as a Japanese person, I felt disappointed.
