This is an advance reservation for entry tickets to the immensely popular, large-scale museum where art and digital technology merge, teamLab Planets. The new "Garden Area" featuring two garden artworks has also opened, adding new attractions.

- Children aged 3 and under are free. Admission for children under 13 is not allowed without an accompanying adult. Reservations must be made as a set with an adult.
- The "Youth" ticket category includes middle school and high school students.

-Individuals who have experienced muscle spasms or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation
-Individuals with extreme fear of confined spaces, darkness, or heights
-Individuals who experience palpitations or shortness of breath
-Individuals with any other concerns regarding physical strength or health conditions - <Prohibited Items and Actions>
-Admission of individuals who are intoxicated or exhibit poor manners
-Eating, drinking, or smoking inside the facility
-Bringing in dangerous items or any items deemed inappropriate by the management
-Re-entry into the facility
-Commercial photography or media coverage without prior approval
-Bringing any animals, including service dogs - Please note that no refunds will be provided for individuals who are asked to leave the premises based on the above rules or any other decisions made by the management.

They cannot be used for other teamLab exhibitions. Please ensure you visit the correct location.

-The time on your ticket is not the duration of your stay inside.
-If you leave the queue, ensure your companion remains in line. If alone, inform a staff member.
-The waiting line is outdoors; please prepare for weather conditions.
-Place strollers in the designated area before entering.
-Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. - -Wheelchair access is available, but you will bypass water-based exhibits and inaccessible areas. Transfer to a teamLab -Planets wheelchair upon entry (limited availability, no securing devices).
Entry with canes or prosthetic limbs is allowed. Some exhibits may be inaccessible based on your condition. Staff will explain the route and rules before entry.
-Re-entry is not permitted, and no refunds will be provided after entry. - <Inside the Facility>
-You will need to be barefoot.
-Some areas have water up to knee height for adults.
-For small children, bring clothes that can get wet or a change of clothes.
-If your clothes get wet, staff can assist with changing. For safety, you cannot proceed with wet clothes. Towels are available if you don't have a change.

-Some floors are mirrored. Skirts or wide pants may reflect undergarments. - -Free half-pants (sizes XS to 6L) are available. Ask staff if needed and return them when leaving.
-There are areas with strong light and dark areas.
-Keep children close for safety.
-An alternate route is available for those with disabilities or small children; ask staff.
-Baby carriers are allowed.
-Restrooms have diaper changing stations. A nursing and rest room is available; ask staff for assistance.

-Free lockers are available after passing the entrance gate.
