The name "Irohazaka" comes from the 48 sharp curves on these roads, likened to the 48 characters of the old Japanese alphabet "Iroha," which consists of 48 characters.

Lake Chuzenji (～16:30)
Lake Chuzenji, located at the entrance to Oku-Nikko, has a circumference of approximately 25km and a maximum depth of 163m. It is a dammed lake formed by the eruption of Mount Nantai approximately 20,000 years ago.
Kegon Falls
Kegon Falls is a magnificent waterfall where the water from Lake Chuzenji plunges down a 97-meter-high cliff. Visitors can enjoy both the grandeur of nature and the elegant beauty of its formation.
