  • The event will be held on the second floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
  • Bringing food and drinks is generally not allowed.
  • Reservations can be made for a minimum of one person.
  • Infants (0-1 years old) who participate while sitting on a guardian's lap are free of charge. ※Please note that infants cannot participate alone.
  • Depending on the reception hours, timing, and the number of participants, the event may not be held.
  • People who are not participating in the experience are not allowed to enter.
  • English support is provided to the best of our ability. If you require an English interpreter, please select the English Support Guarantee.

Additional notes

  • Customers who wish to receive a certificate of completion can do so for a fee of 300 yen. Please request this at the time of booking.
  • The content of wagashi (Japanese sweets) making workshops varies depending on the season.
  • It is possible to arrange experiences for groups of 10 or more people, as well as private bookings for 22 or more people (or the equivalent fee for 22 people). If you are interested, please contact us. (Please note that the cancellation policy differs from the standard policy in such cases.)
  • If you drop the anko (sweet red bean paste) during the experience, you can purchase a new portion for an additional 100 yen. *This applies only to those participating in experiences that use anko.
  • Please refrain from bringing large luggage.
  • We regret to inform you that we cannot take any responsibility for any disputes or issues between customers.
  • If you have any requests regarding the air conditioning on the day of the event, please feel free to speak to our staff.
  • <Breakdown of Fees>
    Activity Fee: 1,670 yen (Standard Plan), 2,670 yen (Plan with Tea Ceremony Experience)
    Travel Service Handling Fee: 6% of the activity fee
    Travel Fee: 1,770 yen (Standard Plan), 2,830 yen (Plan with Tea Ceremony Experience)
  • Assistance Fee: 830 yen (per person)
    ・Assistance is available for one person per participant. (Multiple assistants are not allowed)
    ・The materials and tools for the experience will be shared between the participant and the assistant.
    ・Assistance is provided only if the instructor deems it necessary.
    ・If you do not request assistance in advance, we may not be able to prepare a seat for the assistant.
    ・Please note that our staff will not assist the participants directly.

  • Unannounced delays of 10 minutes or more will be treated as cancellations. Due to the program schedule, we cannot adjust the event timing for late arrivals.
  • Entry will begin 5 minutes before the start. Until then, entry is not permitted. Please wait outside until the venue opens, and arrive close to the gathering time.

  • Cancellations made after 17:00 local time on the business day before the participation date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation amount.

    For Group Reservations (10 or more people) and Private Bookings:
    ■Group Reservations:
    *Cancellations made by 17:00 the day before the event are exempt from cancellation fees for up to 10% of the total number of participants.
    ①Non-Peak Season:
    Cancellations made from 10 days before the event date: 100% of the total reservation amount.
    ②Peak Season (January 1-3, March 20-May 10, November 1-30, December 31):
    Cancellations made from 20 days before the event date: 100% of the total reservation amount.
    ■Private Bookings:
    Cancellations made from 30 days before the event date: 100% of the total reservation amount.
